우레탄수지의 색상 전체광선투과율광학변형의 개량방법과 이 방법에 의한 광학용 우레탄 수지 및 그 수지로 이루어진 플라스틱 렌즈

Claims (12)

  1. 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물 및 이소티오시아나토기를 가진 이소시아네이트 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 이소시아네이트화합물과 폴리올화합물, 폴리티올화합물 및 히드록시 티올화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종이상의 활성수소화합물을 반응시켜서 광학용 우레탄수지를 제조할때에 (NCO+NCS)/(OH+SH) 관능기몰비 0.5~3.0의 비율이고, 또한 페놀류가 10~5000ppm첨가된 이소시아네이트화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학용 우레탄수지의 색상, 전체광선투과율 및 광학변형을 개량하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 페놀류가 페놀인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광학용 우레탄 수지의 색상, 전체 광선 투과율 및 광학변형을 개량하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트화합물이 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학용 우레탄 수지의 색상, 전체광선투과율 및 광학변형을 개량하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트화합물이 크실리렌디 이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학용 우레탄 수지의 색상, 전체 광선투과율 및 광학변형을 개량하는 방법.
  5. 페놀류가 10~5000ppm첨가된 폴리 이소시아네이트화합물 및 이소티오시아나로기를 가진 이소시아네이트화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종이상의 이소시아네이트화합물과, 폴리올화합물, 폴리티올화합물 및 히드록시 티올화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종이상의 활성수소화합물을, (NCO+NCS)/(OH+SH) 관능기몰비 0.5~3.0의 비율로 반응시켜서 얻게 되는 광학용 우레탄수지.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 페놀류가 페놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학용 우레탄수지.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트화합물이 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학용 우레탄수지.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 화합물이 크실리렌 디이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학용 우레탄수지.
  9. 페놀류가 10~5000ppm 첨가된 폴리 이소시아네이트 화합물 및 이소티오시아나토기를 가진 이소시아네이트 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종이상의 이소시아네이트화합물과, 폴리올화합물, 폴리티올화합물 및 히드록시 티올화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종이상의 활성수소화합물을, (NCO+NCS)/(OH+SH) 관능기몰비 0.5~0.3의 비율로 반응시켜서 얻게 되는 광학용 우레탄수지로 이루어진 플라스틱렌즈.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 페놀류가 페놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학용 우레탄 수지로 이루어진 플라스틱렌즈.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트화합물이 지방족폴리이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학용 우레탄 수지로 이루어진 플라스틱렌즈.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트화합물이 크실리렌디이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학용 우레탄 수지로 이루어진 플라스틱렌즈.
