Claims (10)
- (1) 촉매의 존재하 및 금속성 구리 및 구리 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 존재하에 무수말레산을 방향족 1차 아민 및 지방족 1차 아민으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 아민과 반응시켜 N-치환 말레이미드를 합성하는 단계, 및 (2) (i) N-치환 말레이미드-함유 반응 생성 혼합물을 묽은 알칼리 수용액, 물 및 묽은 산 수용액중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 액체로 세척하고 (ii) N-치환 말레이미드를 세척된 유기층으로 부터 분리하는 정제단계로 이루어진 N-치환 말레이미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-치환 말레이미드의 합성 단계가 1단계의 무수말레산의 이미드화로 구성되며, 정제단계중의 분리 공정이 증류에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정제 단계중의 세척 공정이 묽은 알칼리 수용액으로의 세척 및 묽은산 수용액으로의 후속 세척으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 정제 단계중의 분리공정을 인 옥시산의 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-치환 말레이미드의 합성 단계가 말레산 모노아미드를 합성한 다음 이를 탈수 폐환화시키는 것으로 이루어지고 정제 단계중의 분리공정이 증류에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 정제 단계중의 세척 공정이 묽은 알칼리 수용액으로의 세척 및 묽은 산 수용액으로의 후속 세척으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 정제 단계중의 증류에 의한 분리 공정을 인 옥시산의 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
- 무수말레산과 방향족 또는 지방족 1차 아민과의 반응으로 생성된 N-치환 말레이미드-함유 반응 생성혼합물을 묽은 알칼리 수용액, 물 및 묽은 산 수용액중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 액체로 세척하고 생성된 유기층으로 부터 말레이미드를 분리하는 단계들로 이루어진 N-치환 말레이미드의 정제방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유기층으로 부터의 말레이미드의 분리단계를 인 옥시산의 존재하에 증류시켜 행하는 정제방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 세척 단계가 묽은 알칼리 수용액으로의 세척 및 묽은 산 수용액으로의 후속 세척으로 이루어진 정제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
