고형물의 세정회수 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라서 슬러리로 부터 고형물을 유효하게 세정회수하는 방법의 한 양태를 나타내는 흐름 공정도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 비스페놀 A의 페놀 용액에서 정출된 비스페놀 A와 페놀의 부가물 결정을 함유하는 슬러리를, (a) 슬러리에서 고형물을 회수하기 위한 제1고액분리기, (b) 제1고액분리기로 부터 고형물의 재슬러리를 수행 하기위한 교반조, 및 (c) 교반조로 부터 슬러리에서 고형물을 회수하기 위한 고액분리기로서, 고형물 세정을 위한 세정용매를 장입할 수 있으며, 또한, 여액과 세정여액을 독립하여 회수할 수 있는 제2고액분리기를 포함하는 플랜터의 제1고액분리기에 공급하고, 세정 용매를 제2고액분리기에 장입하고, 제2고액분리기에서의 세정 여액을 전량 교반조에 장입하고, 제2고액분리기에서의 여액으 일부를 교반조에 장입한 다음, 잔부를 계외로 뽑아내는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러리로 부터의 고형물의 세정 회수방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 세정 용매가 페놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 세정용매가 함수페놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교반조에서 생성되는 슬러리의 고형분 농도가 30-50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 세정용매의 전사용량이 세정되는 부가물 결정의 전량의 60중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
