Claims (4)
- 도료 웨이스트 함유수를 받아들임과 동시에 함유도료 웨이스트를 부상 분리시키는 분리조(17)와, 상기 분리조(17)에서, 넘친 세정수와 같이 부상도료 웨이스트를 포집용기(20)로 유출시키는 제한판(19)과, 부상 도료 웨이스트를 상기 분리조(17) 내에서 퇴적시키는 도료 웨이스트 퇴적상태와, 부상도료 웨이스트를 상기 포집용기(20)로 유출시키는 도료 웨이스트 포집상태로, 상기 분리조(17)의 수위상태를 전환가능으로 되어 있는 수위 조정기구로 되어 있는 도료 웨이스트 분리 포집장치에 있어서, 상기 수위 조정기구가 상기 분리조(17)의 하부에 연통하여 상기 분리조(17)의 수위를 상기의 도료 웨이스트 퇴적상태를 만들기 위한 설정 저수위에서의 넘침으로서 규제하는 일수조(21)와, 상기 분리조(17)의 수위를 상기의 설정 저수위에서 상기의 도료 웨이스트 포집상태를 만드는 고수위로 상승시키기 위해서 상기 일수조(21)에서의 넘침량에 대해서 상기 분리조(17)로의 유입수량을 상대적으로 증대시키는 수위상승 조작수단을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 웨이스트 분리 포집장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수위상승 조작수단이 상기 일수조(21)에서의 넘침량을 제한하는 제어장치(25)인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 웨이스트 분리 포집장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수위상승 조작수단이 상기 일수조(21)에서의 저류수를 강제적으로 상기 분리조(17)로 되돌리는 펌프장치(P3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 웨이스트 분리 포집장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수위상승 조작수단이 상기 포집용기(20)로의 도료 웨이스트 포집할 때의 회수된 넘친 세정수를 강제적으로 상기 분리조(17)에 되돌리는 펌프장치(P4)인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 웨이스트 분리 포집장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
