Claims (19)
- α-아미노-및α-히드록시-카르목실산의 가수분해성 유도체, 그의 제약상 허용가능한 산 부가염 및 알칼리 금속염, 알칼리토 금속염 및 암모늄염으로 되는 군중에서 선택되는 물의 존재로 효능이 저하되기 쉬운 적어도 한 개의 약리학적 유효 성분과, 용적에 있어서 적어도 과반비율의 중수로 되는 수용 성분을 함유하는 용매 매질로되는, 장기간의 저장 수명을 갖는 주사용 제약 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용 성분이 약 75% 내지 약 100 용적%의 중수와 약 25내지 약 0 용적%의 통상적인 물로 되는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수용 성분이 약 90% 내지 약 100용적%의 중수와, 약 10내지 약 0용적%의 통상적인 물로 구성되는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수용 성분의 약 95% 내지 약 100 용적%의 중수와, 약 5내지 약 0용적%의 통상적인 물로 되는 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수용 성분이 약 98 내지 약 100 용적%의 중수와 약 2내지 약 0용적%의 통상적인 물로 되는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수용 성분이 약 99% 내지 약 99.75 용적%의 중수와, 약 1내지 0.25용적%의 통상적인 물로 되는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수용 성분의 실질적으로 100 용적%의 중수로 되는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 약 1.5내지 약 5.5의 pH를 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 용매 매질의 수용 성분과 물에 혼화될 수 있는 용매의 혼합물로 되는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 적어도 한 개의 약리학적 유효 성분이 α-히드록시-카르복실산의 에스테르인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 한 개의 유효성분이 베낙티진 및 그의 제약상 허용 가능한 산부가염으로 되는 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 한 개의 부재로 되고, 조성물의 pH가 약 2.0 내지 약 4.0의 범위인 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 약 2.7내지 약 2.8의 pH를 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 적어도 한 개의 부가 약리학적 유효 성분을 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 한개의 부가 약리학적 유효 성분이 가콜린분해성 약제, 제약상 허용 가능한 옥실 및 그의 제약상 허용되는 염으로 되는 군중에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 한 개의 부가인 약리학적 유효 성분이 아트로핀, 그의 제약상 허용 가능한 염 및 트리메독심으로 되는 군 중에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 본 명세서에 기재 및 예시한 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 조성물의 존재를 특징으로 하는 단단계 자동 주사기.
- 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 조성물의 존재를 특징으로 하는 다단계 자동 주사기.
