Claims (7)

  1. 별도로 제조된 주작약과 전파작약이 배리어 주위에 서로 가압되어 있는 상태로서 주형부에 성형화약탄을 조립하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 유동상태로 아직껏 남아있는 고형화재료가 주작약(1)과 전파작약(4)에 의해 형성된 중공실(5)속으로 도입되고, 이들 재료가 중공실(5)에서 고형화되고, 또한 경화되거나 중합화되어서 주작약(1)과 전파작약(4)이 서로 확실한 접속상태로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형화약탄의 조립방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중공실(5)을 형성하는 주작약(1) 및/또는 전파작약(4)의 표면이 결합제로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형화약탄의 조립방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공실(5)의 공기가 충진시 빠져나가는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형화약탄의 조립방법.
  4. 주작약(1), 전파작약(4) 및 배리어(5)를 포함하는 성형화약탄에 있어서, 주작약(1), 전파작약(4) 및 배리어(5)의 서로간의 결속 및 부착이 유동성재료로부터 제위치에 형성된 배리어(5)에 의해 공평하게 나누어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형화약탄.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 배리어(5)가 발포물로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형화약탄.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 배리어(5)가 주입조성물로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형화약탄.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 배리어(5)가 점착제로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형화약탄.
