Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent drooping of materials from a gate by forming the thermoplastic resin containing an inorganic powdered filler by using a forming metal die with the gate of specific structure. CONSTITUTION:A material prepared by mixing 100pts.wt. of thermoplastic resin (A) composed of 50-100wt% of thermoplastic resin of micromolecular weight whose average molecular weight and softening point on circular-spherical method are 300-5,000 and 60-200 deg.C, respectively (ex. polyethylene wax) (a) and 0- 50wt% of thermoplastic resin of macromolecular weight whose average molecular weight is 5,000 or more (ex. polystyrene) (b) with 10-900pts.wt. of an inorganic powdered collecting and filling agent (B) in the state of solid powder is formed by using an injection molding device wherein a groove 2 is provided in the direction crossing that of material injection in the inside surface of the gate 1 of a forming metal die.
