Projectiles ; blasting-cartridges.-Consists in making the part of an explosive charge that faces the object to be destroyed with a cavity d which may be hollow or filled with cork or other inert material. The cavity may be lined with sheet metal y. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 2641/74, 5843/91, and 1384/08.
