제2도는 본 발명에 따른 플라이휘일을 제조하기 위한 사출성형장치의 단면도이며,
제3도는 제2도에 따른 사출성형장치중에서 실린더(16)부분의 단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 커플링(coupling)제로 코팅처리한 금속분말과 분말상의 합성수지가 혼합된 혼합분말에다, 가소제, 성형시의 유동성 축진제, 성형시의 내열안정제, 실란계 커플링제 등을 혼입하여 얻어진 비중이 4.0이상인 고비중 재료로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라이휘일.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 금속분말은 혼합분말의 80 내지 95중량%만큼 함유되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라이 휘일.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 금속분말은 철분인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라이휘일.
  4. 커플링제로 코팅처리한 금속분말과 분말상의 합성수지를 혼합하는 제1공정과, 상기 제1공정으로 얻어진 혼합분말에다 가소제, 성형시의 유동성촉진제, 성형시의 내열안정제, 실란계 커플링제 등을 혼입하는 제2공정과, 상기 제2공정으로 얻어진 재료를 과립상으로 건조시켜서 비중이 4.0이상인 고비중 재료를 얻는 제3공정과, 상기 제3공정으로 얻어진 고비중 재료를 가열 응용하고 혼련시키는 제4공정과, 상기 제4공정으로 얻어진 재료를 사출하여 플라이휘일을 성형하는 제5공정으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 플라이휘일의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 금속분말은 그 함량이 혼합분말의 80 내지 95중량%가 되도록 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 금속분말은 철분을 사용하여서 되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 제4공정의 가열 용융 및 혼련은 트랜스퍼 믹스(transfer mix)식으로 훈련시켜서 되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
