Claims (15)
- 유기 용매의 존재하 및 물에 희석된 무기산을 함유하는 촉매의 존재하에 페놀을 비닐-방향족 탄화수소와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 페놀의 알킬화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페놀을 하이드로퀴논, 레조르시놀, 피로카테콜, 피로갈롤, 벤조페놀, 크레졸, p-옥틸-페놀, 디-하이드록시-디페닐, 알파-나프톨 및 베타-나프톨로 구성된 군으로부터 선택하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 페놀이 하이드로퀴논인 방법.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 비닐-방향족 탄화수소를 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물들로 선택하는 방법.(상기식중, Ar은 탄소 원자수 6 내지 18의 아릴기이고 ; R1, R2, 및 R3는 서로 동일 또는 상이할 수 있으며, 수소 또는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 10의 알킬 라디칼로부터 선택된다.)
- 제4항에 있어서, 비닐-방향족 반응물을 스티렌, 알파-메틸-스티렌, p-메닐-스티렌, p-이소프로필-스티렌, p-메틸-알파-스티렌, 베타-메틸-스티렌 및 비닐-나프탈렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 비닐-방햐족 탄화수소가 스티렌인 방법.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 페놀/비닐-방향족 탄화수소의 몰 비율이 1.5내지 1의 범위, 바람직하게는 1.3 내지 1의 범위 이내인 방법.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 용매가 톨루엔 또는 크시리렌과 같은 방향족 용매인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 방향족 용매가 톨루엔 또는 크실렌 또는 크리시렌류의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 페놀에 대한 용매의 중량 비율이 0.5 내지 5의 범위, 바람직하게는 1 내지 2의 범위 이내인 방법.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 촉매가 물에 60∼90중량%, 바람직하게는 70∼80중량%로 희석된 오르토-인산, 피로인산 또는 황산인 방법.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 페놀에 대한 촉매의 몰비율이 0.5 내지 6의 범위, 바람직하게는 1 내지 3의 범위 이내인 방법.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 90 내지 120℃범위, 바람직하게는 110 내지 115℃범위 이내인 방법.
- 제1,2, 또는 3항에 있어서, 페놀이 하이드로 퀴논이고, 비닐-방향족 탄화수소가 스티렌인 방법.
- 제13항의 중합체 제조 방법에 의해 직접 수득된 반응 생성물, 특시 열호변성 액체-결정형 폴리에스테르의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
