Claims (10)

  1. 중량으로 10내지 90부의 2-메톡시-3,6,-디클로로 벤조산과 중량으로 90내지 10부의 2-메톡시-3,5,-디클로로벤조산을 함유하는 혼합물로부터 전설한 혼합물을 생성되는 에스테르화수를 제거하여 충분히 높여진 온도에서 산촉매의 존재하에 액체비활성유기 반응매질에서 알칸올과 반응시켜 2-메톡시-3,6-디클로로 벤조산을 회수하는 중량으로 95%를 초과한 순도의 2-메톡시-3,6-디클로로 벤조산을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 전술한 알칸올이 2내지 10개의 탄소원자를 가진 청구범위 제1항의 방법.
  3. 전술한 알칸올이n-부탄올인 청구범위 제2의 방법.
  4. 전술한 반응매질이 알킬벤젠 계열의 방향족 탄화수소인 청구번위 제1항의 방법.
  5. 전술한 반응매질이 톨루엔, 크실렌 및 에틸벤젠으로된 기로부터 선택되는 청구범위 제4항의 방법.
  6. 전술한 산촉매가 벤젠슬폰산,p-톨루엔술폰산, 환산, 인산, 포스폰산및 티탄 테트라프로프록시로된 기로부터 선택되는 청구범위 제1항의 방법.
  7. 전술한 반응온도가 반응혼합물의 환류온도인 청구범위 제1항의 방법.
  8. 전술한 에스테르화수가 함께 끓는 증류로 제거되는 청구범위 제4항의 방법.
  9. 전술한 정제 2-메톡시-3,6-디클로로벤조산이 반응매질로부터 침전되게 충분히 반응혼합물을 냉각하여 회수되는 청구범위 제1항의 방법.
  10. 전술한 혼합물이 증량으로 약 80내지 90%의 2-메톡시-3,6-디클로로벤조산과 중량으로 약 10내지 20%의 2-메톡시-3,5-디클로로벤조산을 함유하며, 전술한 알칸올이 1내지 10개의 탄소원자를 가지고 있으며, 술전한 반응매질이 알킬벤젠 계열의 방향족 탄화수소이고, 전술한 촉매가p-톨루엔술폰산인 청구범위 제1항의 방법.
