Claims (10)
- 연소에 의해 기체를 발생하는 아지드계 재료로 만든 하나의 그레인으로써 구성되고, 상기 그레인은 30-50중량%의 알칼리 금속 아지드와 40-60중량%의 무기질 산화제와 5-15중량%의 붕소와 1-15중량%의 금속 규산염으로 구성되는 점화 촉진 피복이 표면에 입혀져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 발생 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 아지드가 나트륨 아지드이고, 상기 무기실 산화제가 질산 나트륨 또는 과염소산 칼륨이고, 상기 금속 규산염이 규산 나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 발생 구조체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 규산 나트륨이 Na2O·(SiO2)n이고, n 은 약 2-5인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 발생 구조체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 또한, 1-6중량%의 탄소 섬유 혹은 탄소에 강화 섬유를 섞은 혼합물을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 발생 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복의 중량이 피복이 안된 그레인의 중량의 약 2 내지 약 6중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 발생 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그레인이 축방향의 양 끝을 갖고 그레인을 축방향으로 관통하여 상기 양끝과 만나는 통로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 발생 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그레인이 약 2-약 6중량%의 탄소 섬유를 함유하는 기체 발생 재료로 되어 있고, 상기 탄소섬유의 지름은 3-15마이크론, 평균 길이는 40/1000-1000인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 발생 구조체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 아지드계 재료가, 61-68중량%의 나트륨 아지드, 0-5중량%의 질산 나트륨, 0-5중량%의 벤토나이트, 23-28중량%의 산화철, 그리고, 1-2중량%의 퓨움드 금속 산화물로써 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 발생 구조체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 또한,2-6중량%의 탄소섬유 혹은 탄소에 강화섬유를 섞은 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 퓨움드 금속 산화물은 실리카, 알루미나, 티타니아로 된 그룹중에서 선별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 발생 구조체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 강화섬유가 티탄산 칼륨 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 발생 구조체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
