Description

내침식성 및 내산화성이 우수한 흑연질 내화물 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 A12O3-SiO2-B2O2-Na2O 계 복합산화물의 온도증가에 따른 젖음각(Wetting angle) 변화추이.
제 2 도는 각 시편에 있어서 온도에 따른 내산화성을 나타낸 그래프.
제 3 도는 내침식성을 나타낸 그래프.
제 4 도는 내침식성 시험용 고주파 유도용해로의 단면도.
제 5 도는 용융온도 900℃인 복합산화물 첨가량과 내침식성과의 관계를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 알루미나, 탄소, 탄화규소의 합계량이 중량으로 80% 이상인 Al2O3-SiC-C 질 내화물에 있어서, 분석치로 성분이 SiO237-55중량%, B2O318-38중량%, Al2O36-16중량%, Na2O 10-20중량%로 구성된 복합산화물을 전체 중량의 0.5-4중량% 함유시킨 것을 특징으로하는 내침식성 및 내산화성이 우수한 흑연질 내화물 제조방법.
