Abstract
PURPOSE:To be excellent of melting-proof, heat resisting spalling and mechanical strength. The nozzle which is formed by arranging the specially fixed quantity of Al on the heat resisting materials including alumina, black lead and silica. CONSTITUTION:Add metal ceramics Al which correspond to approximately 5- 40% of the heat resisting materials which consists of alumina, black lead and silica as the main construction components. Also, add the bonding material such as phenolic resin, tar pitch, etc. which correspond to 15-20%. Molding and firing are made after mixing and tempering the materials. Al improves the conjunction property of black lead existed between alumina powders remarkably, and at the same time improves density of melting-proof due to the partial exchanging into the corrosion resistance materials such as the oxide, carbide and nitride.
