Claims (2)

  1. 고무 혼합물 내에 포함되고 피치 P에 의해 이격되어 간격지고 서로 평행한 코드나 케이블로 형성되며 레이티얼 카커스 보강의 제조를 위하여 의도된 직물의 엣지의 보강 요소에 평행한 버트 연결을 위한 공정에 있어서, 직물은 직물의 엣지의 2개의 코드나 케이블 사이의 거리 d가 1.5P와 1.5IP사이에 있는 것과 같이 지지체 상에 위치하고 상기 I는 상기 직물(1)로 부터 제조될 수 있는 레이디얼 카커스 보강재(11)의 매우 작은 형상비이며, 최소 5bar의 압력하에서 생겨진 간격(e)안으로 분사되며 비가황 고무 혼합물(4)은 최소 70℃의 온도와 직물(1)의 보강 요소(2)에 대해 코팅 혼합물(3)의 무늬 점성도 V1의 초소 1.2배와 동일한 무늬 점성도 V2를 갖고 코팅 혼합물(3)의 탄성계수,2의 최소 1.5배와 동일한 탄성계수 M2를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 카커스보강재의 제조를 위한 고무직물의 엣지들의 버트 연결 공정.
  2. 트레드와, 트레드 보강부 및 각 비이드내에 최소 한개의 링으로 설치된 카커스 보강부에 의해 연결되고 원주방향으로 90˚±10˚의 각도를 형성한 최소한개의 플라이를 형성하며 2개의 측벽을 구비하며 각 플라이어는 보강 요소로 평행한 한개 또는 그 이상의 버트 용접을 한 타이어에 있어서, 용접이 된 2개의 코드나 케이블(21)은 거리 d에 의해 서로 간격져 있고 비이드 와이어(7)의 레벨에서 측정되며 다른 코드나 케이블(2) 사이의 거리 P의 최소 1.5배와 동일하며 2개의 코드나 케이블(21)사이에 삽입된 용접 혼합물(4)은 코드나 케이블의 코팅 혼합물(3)의 탄성계수 M2보다 큰 탄성계수 M2를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이디얼 카커스 보강부를 갖는 타이어.
