Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Herstellung von Rohrleitungen zum Fortleiten vornehmlich aggressiver Medien aus Rohren aus einem nichtschweißbaren Kunststoff und hier in Sonderheit auf die Gestaltung der Rohrenden, um sie schweißbar zu machen und damit die einzelnen Rohre zur Rohrleitung miteinander verschweißen zu können.
Zum Fortleiten aggressiver Medien werden vielfach Rohrleitungen verwendet, deren Rohre aus einem schweißbaren Kunststoff bestehen. Hierfür wurden bisher in erster Linie die thermoplastischen Werkstoffe Polyvinylchlorid und Polyäthylen verwendet, die eine hervorragende Schweißbarkeit besitzen, so daß die einzelnen Rohre durch Schweißen zu einer absolut dichten Rohrleitung miteinander verbunden werden können. In letzterer Zeit werden aber auch in steigendem Maße zum Fortleiten aggressiver Medien Rohre aus nichtschweißbaren Kunststoffen zu Rohrleitungen verwendet, da nichtschweißbare Kunststoffe in bestimmten Fällen in chemischer Hinsicht geeigneter als schweißbare Kunststoffe sind. Insbesondere auch eignen sich nichtschweißbare Kunststoffe für die Einlagerung von Verstärkungen in die Rohre in Form von Geweben, Vließen und Schnüren, vorzugsweise aus Glasfaser, wodurch dem Rohr eine überragende Festigkeit verliehen wird.
Zu den nichtschweißbaren Kunststoffen gehören als thermoplastische Kunststoffe in erster Linie die
Cellulosederivate und als härtbare Kunststoffe vor allem die Polyesterharze und die Äthoxylinharze. Rohre aus den erwähnten Kunststoffen lassen sich also nicht durch Schweißen miteinander verbinden. Wenn auch Rohre aus diesen Kunststoffen durch Verkleben, Verkitten oder sonstwie, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von Paß- und Überschiebestücken oder mit Hilfe von gummigedichteten Überschiebmuffen, zur Rohrleitung miteinander verbunden ίο werden können, so stellen doch derartige Verbindungen keine absolut dichte Verbindung dar. Dies wirkt sich in vielen Fällen als nachteilig aus, wo es auf eine gute und dichte Verbindung ankommt, wie es die Schweißverbindung darstellt.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun der Gedanke, die Enden der Rohre eines nichtschweißbaren Kunststoffes mit einem schweißbaren Kunststoff zu versehen und dadurch schweißbar zu gestalten, um auf diese Weise die Rohre zur Rohrleitung miteinander verschweißen zu können. Dabei ist der nichtschweißbare, aus chemischen oder Festigkeitsgründen bevorzugte Kunststoff der eigentliche Träger der Rohrfunktion, während der schweißbare Kunststoff an den Enden der Rohre aus nichtschweißbarem Kunststoff vornehmlich zur Aufnahme der Schweißnaht dient und so von dem nichtschweißbaren Kunststoffrohr getragen wird, daß er nicht oder nach Möglichkeit nur wenig mit dem die Rohrleitung durchströmenden Medium in Berührung kommt. In der Zeichnung sind die Enden zweier Rohre aus nichtschweißbarem Kunststoff mit hierauf aufgebrachten Enden aus schweißbarem Kunststoff in zwei verschiedenen Ausführungsmöglichkeiten schematisch im Längsschnitt veranschaulicht, womit jedoch noch nicht alle Ausführungsmöglichkeiten erschöpft sind.
Fig. ι zeigt die erste Ausführung. Mit 1 sind die beiden Rohre aus nichtschweißbarem aber sehr festem Kunststoff, beispielsweise aus glasverstärktem Polyesterharz, bezeichnet, deren Enden mit einem Bund 2 aus einem schweißbaren Kunststoff, beispielsweise aus Polyvinylchlorid, zug- und druckfest umgeben sind. Die Bunde 2 sind hier vorn abgeschrägt, um die beiden Rohre 1 in üblicher Weise durch V-Nahtschweißung miteinander dicht verbinden zu können. Die Stärke der Bunde 2 und damit die Festigkeit der Schweißnaht 3 ist so bemessen, daß alle vorkommenden und bei den nichtschweißbaren Kunststoffrohren zulässigen Drücke von der Schweißnaht 3 aufgenommen werden können. Um zu verhindern, daß der schweißbare Kunststoff der Bunde 2 mit dem die Leitung durchströmenden aggressiven Medium in Berührung kommt, kann zwischen den beiden Rohren stirnseitig eine Dichtung 4 eingelegt werden. Die Bunde 2 selbst können durch Aufkleben, Aufschrauben, durch Pressen oder sonstwie in an sich bekannter Weise, auf die Rohrenden 1 aufgebracht werden.
Fig. 2 zeigt die zweite Ausführungsform. Diese besteht im wesentlichen aus den gleichen Teilen wie die der Fig. 1, nur daß hier die Verbindungsstelle zwischen den Bunden 5 und den Rohren 6 abgeschrägt ist. Durch die Abschrägung wird bei an sich niedriger Bundhöhe die für die Herstellung einer guten V-Nahtschweißung notwendige Höhe zwischen den beiden Bunden 5 erzielt. Die Befestigung der Bunde 5 auf den Rohren 6 ist die gleiche wie die der Fig. 1.
Das Aufbringen und Befestigen der Bunde oder sonstigen Ansatzstücke aus schweißbarem Kunststoff kann bei glatten Rohren, wie sie beispielsweise auf der Strangpresse erzeugt werden, in der Werkstatt oder auch auf der Baustelle erfolgen, so daß die Möglichkeit des Ablängens der Rohre zum Zwecke der Anpassung auf der Baustelle gegeben ist. Eine hervorragende Verbindung zwischen dem Rohr und dem Bund bzw. dem Ansatzstück wird erzielt, wenn man erfindungsgemäß den Bund oder das Ansatz- '75 stück schon bei der Fertigstellung des Rohres auf dieses aufbringt, wie dies bei der Herstellung von Rohren aus Polyesterharzen oder Äthoxylinharzen mit Verstärkungseinlagen im Schleuderverfahren möglich ist. Zu diesem Zwecke wird ein entsprechender Formteil aus schweißbarem Kunststoff in eine entsprechende Aussparung oder Ausformung der Schleuderkokille eingebracht, wonach die polymerisierbare Harzmasse eingebracht und durch Schleudern zum Rohr geformt wird. Infolge der guten Haftung zwischen der polymerisierenden Harzmasse und dem schweißbaren Kunststoff ist eine außerordentlich gute Verbindung und Haftung gewährleistet.
Durch Anbringen von Gewindegängen, Nocken oder ähnlichem kann die erforderliche Abstreiffestigkeit in der Verbindungsstelle in allen Fällen erzielt werden.
Der Erfindungsgedanke soll sich nicht auf die beiden dargestellten Ausführungsmöglichkeiten beschränken, sondern alle Ausführungsmöglichkeiten erfassen, die sich aus der. Vereinigung von Rohren aus nichtschweißbarem Kunststoff mit einem Endbund oder Endstück aus einem schweißbaren Kunststoff ergeben.
Das Verschweißen der Endbunde oder Endstücke der Rohre kann außer durch die erwähnte V-Nahtschweißung mit Zusatzdraht in bekannter Weise durch Preß-Stumpfschweißung, durch Hochfrequenzschweißung oder sonstwie erfolgen.
Als nichtschweißbare Kunststoffe für die Rohrherstellung kommen außer den Cellulosederivaten vor allem die Polyesterharze und die Äthoxylinharze in Frage, jedoch können auch andere härtbare Kunstharze, wie die Phenoplaste, hierfür Verwendung finden. Als schweißbare Kunststoffe kommen vor allem Hartpolyvinylchlorid, Polystyrol, Acrylate und Polyäthylen in Betracht.

Claims (7)

PATENTANSPRÜCHE:
1. Rohr aus nichtschweißbarem Kunststoff mit oder ohne innere Verstärkungseinlagen für die Herstellung von Rohrleitungen zum Fortbewegen vornehmlich aggressiver Medien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es an seinen Enden Ansatzstücke, Endbunde od. dgl. aus schweißbaren Kunststoffen aufweist, die eine Schweißverbindung der einzelnen iao Rohre miteinander ermöglichen.
2. Rohr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stärke der an den Rohrenden angebrachten Ansatzstücke oder Endbunde aus schweißbaren Kunststoffen der hierin auftretenden Druckbeanspruchung angepaßt ist.
3· Rohr nach Anspruch ι oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile aus schweißbarem Kunststoff durch eine Dichtungslage gegen die das Rohr durchströmenden Medien geschützt sind.
4. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rohren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansatzstücke oder Endbunde aus schweißbarem Kunststoff durch Verkleben, Verschrauben, Aufpressen oder sonstwie mit dem Rohr aus nichtschweißbarem Kunststoff zug- und druckfest verbunden und abgedichtet sind.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansätze oder Endbunde aus schweißbarem Kunststoff durch angebrachte Gewindegänge, Nocken od. dgl. eine erhöhte Festigkeit gegen Abstreifen vom Rohr aus nichtschweißbarem Kunststoff besitzen.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anbringen der Ansatzstücke oder Endbunde aus schweißbarem Kunststoff auf dem Rohr aus nichtschweißbarem Kunststoff mit der Herstellung der Rohre nach dem Schleuderverfahren erfolgt.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansatzstücke oder Endbunde aus schweißbarem Kunststoff vor Beginn des Rohrschleuderverfahrens in entsprechende Aussparungen oder Ausformungen der Schleuderkokille eingelegt werden.
