Claims (5)
- 공작물의 원통형의 한쪽이 막힌 공동부로서 그공동부의 축선에 대하여 깊고 좁은 그러한 공동부의 벽들을 스덧치 기계가공하는 방법으로서, (a) 자유단부를 가진 관형 하우징을, 공동부 내부의 사실상 전체 축방향 길이에 걸쳐 축방향으로 이동하도록 그리고 공동부의 벽들에 대해 억지끼워 맞춤하는 공차로 지지하고, (b) 반경방향으로 조정가능한 절삭공구를 지탱하기 위해 관형 하우징의 단부를 지나 연장하는 관형 하우징내스핀들을, 관형 하우징과 함게 공동으로 축방향으로 이동하도록 하는 방식으로 회전 구동시키고, (c) 공동부축선에 대하여 절삭공구를 정확히 동심적으로 위치시키도록 관형 하우징과 스핀들을 안내 및 조종하면서, 절삭공구가 공동부 벽들의 거친 보오링을 위해 반경방향으로 배치된채 관형하우징을 상기 회전 구동 스핀들과 함께 상기 공동부내로 삽입하고, (d) 상기 거친 보오링을 실시한 직후, 절삭공구가 철회중의 공동부 벽의 다듬질 보오링을 위해 재배치된채 상기 관형 하우징을 상기 회전 구동 스핀들과 함께 상기 공동부로부터 철회시키는 단계들을 포함하는 공작물의 원통형 공동부 벽의 스덧치 기계가공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이 방법이, 추가로 상기 단계(d)에서, 상기 공작물의 정면에 밀접히 배치된 고정 지지체내로 상기 관형 하우징과 스핀들을 철회시키는 것과, 상기 다듬질 보호링 및 철회의 실시후, 상기 정면의 밀링을 위해 절삭공구를 반경방향으로 조정하고 상기 관형 하우징의 근소한 밀공차를 얻도록 상기 고종지지체내에서 안내 및 조종되는 동안, 밀링을 수행하기 위해 스핀들의 축선에대해 횡으로 상기 공작물을 상대적으로 이동시키는 부가단계(e)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 관형 하우징이, 공작물에 인접하게 배치되어 고정지지체로 작용하는 고정된 관형 하우징내에 신축가능하게 지지되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 관형 하우징 스핀들 및 그 스핀들을 위한 구동부가, 상기고정된 하우징과 무관하게 축방향으로 이동하도록 슬라이드상에 공통으로 지지되고, 그 슬라이드가 상기 관형 하우징을 공동부의 저부 1.5-2.5인치내까지 이동시키는 방법.
- 공작물의 축방향으로 깊고 좁은 원통형 공동부의 벽들을 스덧치 기계가공하는 장치로서, (a)공동부의 사실상 전체 축방향 길이에 걸쳐 연장하는데 충분한 길이를 가지며, 말단에 반경방향으로 조정가능한 절삭공구를 지탱하는 회전 구동되는 스핀들과, (b)그 스핀들을 지지하기 위한 관형 하우징 지지체로서, 관형 하우징이 스핀들과 함께 공동으로 축방향으로 이동하도록 축방향으로 이동가능하지만 회전운동은 하지 못하게 고정된 관형 하우징 지지체와, (c) 공동부 내에서 관형 하우징 지지체 및 스핀들을 정확히 안내 및 조종하기 위한 수단과, (d) 절삭 공구에 의해 각기 다른 모우드의 기계가공을 수행하기 위해 절삭공구의 배향을 반경방향으로 조종하기 위한 수단과를 포함하는 공작물이 원통형 공동부 벽의 스덧치 기계가공장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
