제 3 도는 제2도에 도시된 본 발명의 케이블 클로우저에 포함되는 단부판을 나타내는 분해사시도.
제 4 도는 제2도에 도시된 본 발명의 케이블 클로우저에 포함되는 케이블 파지 부재와 단부판을 나타내는 확대측면도.

Claims (19)

  1. 두개의 케이블의 접속점을 밀페시키기 위한 케이블 클로우저로서, (a) 케이블 접속점을 덮기위한 슬리이브, (b) 케이블과 상기 슬리이브 사이 공간을 페쇄하기 위해 상기 슬리이브의 양내측단부에 설치되고, 단단한 물질로 형성된 다수의 단부판, 및 (c) 케이블과 상기 단단한 단부판 사이 간격을 기밀적으로 밀봉하기 위한 제1탄성밀봉수단으로 이루어진 케이블 클로우저.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부판의 단단한 물질이 단단한 플라스틱인 케이블 클로우저.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부판의 단단한 물질이 유리섬유 보강 플라스틱인 케이블 클로우저.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1탄성밀봉수단이 케이블 주위에 감긴 탄성기밀테이프이고, 그 테이프의 감김회수는 케이블 직경에 따라 조정되는 케이블 클로우저.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄성기밀 테이프가 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무로 만들어진 케이블 클로우저.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부판과 슬리이브사이간격을 기밀적으로 밀봉하기 위한 제2탄성 밀봉부재를 더 포함하는 케이블 클로우저.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2탄성밀봉부재가 상기 단부판 주위에 감긴 탄성기밀 테이프인 케이블 클로우저.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 탄성기밀 테이프가 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무로 만들어진 케이블 클로우저.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄성기밀 테이프가 케이블 주위에 그 테이프를 용이하게 감기위해 그 테이프의 일표면의 양외측 측단부에 부여되는 접착제로 피복된 케이블 클로우저.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단부판에 연결된 상기 슬리이브의 강도에 의해 2개의 케이블들 사이에 부여되는 외력으로부터 케이블 접속점을 보호하도록 케이블을 파지하기 위해 상기 단부판들 각각에 연결되는 케이블 파지 수단을 더 포함하는 케이블 클로우저.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 케이블 파지 수단이, (a) 한쌍의 양분가능한 환형나사 지지부재, (b) 상기 나사지지부재의 반경방향으로 이동가능하도록 상기 환형나사 지지부재들 각각의 외측 원주를 따라 일정한 각도 간격으로 형성된 다수의 나사구멍들내에 나사 결합되는 다구의 케이블 조임나사, 및 (c) 각각의 내부 표면에 원주형 돌기들이 형성되어 있고, 상기 케이블 조임나사들이 반경방향 내측으로 이동된때 케이블 파지를 위해 상기 원추형 돌기들이 케이블 외피와 견고하게 접촉되도록 상기 케이블 조임나사의 반경방향 내측단부에 헐겁게 설치된 다수의 궁형 케이블 압력부재들로 이루어진 케이블 클로우저.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 단부판의 한쌍의 양분가능한 환형 단부판 부재들이고, 각 단부판 부재가 상기 케이블 파지 수단과 일체로 형성된 케이블 클로우저.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브가 버클을 각각 구비한 다수의 슬리이브 체결밴드들에 의해 체결되는 양분가능한 원통형 슬리이브 부재인 케이블 클로우저.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 양분가능한 원통형 슬리이브부재가 상기 단부판의 재료와 동일한 재료로 형성된 케이블 클로우저.
  15. 케이블 접속점(12)을 덮기위한 슬리이브(20)와 케이블과 상기 슬리이브사이 공간을 폐쇄하기 위해 상기 슬리이브의 양 내측단부에 설치되는 한쌍의 단부판(40)을 가지고 두개의 케이블들(10)의 접속점(12)을 밀폐하기 위한 케이블 클로우저에 있어서, 상기 단부판(40)이 단단한 물질로 형성되고, 케이블(10)과 단부판들(40)사이 간격들이 케이블 직경에 따라 케이프 감김회수를 조정함으로써 케이블 주위에 감긴 탄성기밀 테이프(50)에 의해 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 클로우저.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 단부판들(40) 각각이, 상기 단부판들에 연결된 상기 슬리이브의 강도에 의해, 두개의 케이블들 사이에 부여되는 외력으로부터 케이블 접속점을 보호하도록 케이블 외피를 파지하기 위한 케이블 파지 수단(30)과 결합되거나 또는 그와 일체로 형성된 케이블 클로우저.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브가 버클(24B)을 각각 구비한 다수의 슬리이브 체결밴드들(24A)에 의해 체결되는 양분가능한 원통형 슬리이브 부재(22)인 케이블 클로우저.
  18. (a) 케이블 직경에 따라 테이프 감김회수를 조정함으로써 케이블 접속점의 양측부의 두개 위치에 탄성기밀 테이프를 감고, (b) 단부판들 사이에 상기 감긴 탄성기밀 테이프를 배치한채 그 다수의 단부판들을 각각 고정시키고, (c) 단부판들 각각의 외측 원주표면에 탄성기밀 테이프를 감고, (d) 상기 단부판들이 양분가능한 원통형 슬리이브 부재들의 양내측단부 원주 표면들에 설치된채, 버클을 각각 구비한 다수의 슬리이브 체결밴드들에 의해 상기 슬리이브부재를 체결하는 단계들로 이루어진, 케이블 클로우저 조립방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, (a) 단부판들을 고정시키기 전에, 두개의 단부판들에 두개의 케이블 파지수단을 각각 결합시키고, (b) 단부판들에 연결된 슬리이브부재의 강도에 의해, 두개의 케이블 사이에 부여되는 외력으로부터 케이블 접속점을 보호하도록 케이블 외피에 두개의 케이블 파지수단을 각각 고정시키고, (c)단부판들을 고정시키는 단계들을 더 포함하는 케이블 클로우저 조립방법.
