Claims (11)
- 분자레벨(molecular level)로 혼합한 Y, Ba 및 Cu의 카보네이트로 구성하며, 결정(crystals)을 구성하고, 이 물질(extraneous materials)이 없도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Y, Ba 및 Cu를 각각 1:2:3의 몰비로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 조성물.
- 상기 제1항이나 상기 제2항의 조성물을 하소시키며, YBa2Cu3O7및 Y2BaCuO5로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 초전도 조성물.
- L, M, A가 트리클로로아세테이트 수용액으로 구성되고 상기 L, M, A이외 다른 이온이 거의 없도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 조성물. 위 L, M, A에서 L은 스판듐 및 이트륨을 포함하느 희트류족중 적어도 하나의 금속이며; 상기 Tu은 Ba, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr 그룹중 적어도 하나의 금속이고; 상기 A는 Cu, Ag, Au의 그룹중 적어도 하나의 금속임.
- L, M, A카보네이트의 수용성 슬러리(slurry)로 구성되며, L, M, A카보네이트, 클로리드 및 물에서 발생되는 이온 이외에 다른 이온이 거의 없도록 구성시킴을 특징으로 한 조성물. 위 L, M, A에서 L은 스칸듐 및 이트륨을 포함하는 희토류족중 적어도 금속이며; M은 Ba, Be, Mg, Ca 및 Sr그룹중 적어도 하나의 금속이고; A는 Cu, Ag, Au 그룹중 적어도 하나의 금속임.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 L은 Y이고 M은 Ba이며, A는 Cu임을 특징으로 한 상기 조성물.
- L, M, A카보네이트, 클로리드 및 물에 발생하는 이온 이외의 다른 이온이 거의 없는 L, M, A 혼합 카보네이트의 슬러리를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (ⅰ) 트리클로로아세트산 수용액에 옥시드, 히드옥시드 카보네이트로서 L, M, 및 A를 첨가시켜 L, M, A트리클로로아세테이트 수용액을 생성하며; (ⅱ) 상기 용액을 가열시켜 카본디옥시드와 클로로포름을 방출시키면서 혼합된 L, M, A카보네이트 침전물을 생성하며; (ⅲ) 상기 침전물을 회수하고 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법. 상기 L, M, A에서 L은 스칸듐 및 이트륨을 포함하여 희토류족 중 적어도 하나의 금속이고; M은 Ba, Be, Mg, Ca 및 Sr 그룹중 적어도 하나의 금속이며, A는 Cu, Ag 및 Au 그룹중 적어도 하나의 금속임.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 침전물을 건조시킨 다음 그 침전물을 하소시켜 그 카보네이트를 옥시드로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 침전물을 첫째공정에서는 약 850-1,050℃에서 약 1-10시간 가열하며 둘째공정에서는 약 400-500℃에서 약 1-3시간 공기 또는 산소의 스트림에서 가열하고 냉각시켜 하소함으로써 초전도재를 생성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 침전물을 첫째 공정에서는 약 950℃에서 약 1시간 가열하고 둘째공정에서는 약 450℃에서 1시간 동안 산소중에서 가열시켜 하소함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 L은 Y, 상기 M은 Ba, 상기 A는 Cu임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
