Claims (10)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.식중, R1는 F, Cl, Br, CF3, 페닐, C1∼C2할로알콕시, 알킬티오, 할로알킬티오라디칼로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 할로겐은 F, Cl, Br이며 ; R2H, F, Cl, Br, CF3로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고 ; R3, R4, R5는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, H, C1∼C4알킬 또는 C3∼C6시클로알킬라디칼이고, 단, R4H, R5와 R3는 상이하며 ; Y는 H, CH3, OH, CN, F로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고 ; n은 1,2이며 ; m은 0.1이고 ; X는 0 또는 S이며 ; Rf는 C1∼C5폴리플루오로알킬, C2∼C4폴리플루오로알케닐, 폴리플루오로알콕시알킬 및 폴리플루오로알콕시알케닐라디칼로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 화합물 모두는 적어도 2개의 불소원자 및 임의적으로 Cl 및 Br로 부터 선택된 다른 할로겐원자를 함유하고 ; Z는 CH 또는 N이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1-(1,2,4-트리아졸릴)-2-히드록시-2-(4-클로로페닐)-3-메틸-4-(1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에톡시)부탄인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1-(1,2,4-틀리아졸릴)-2-히드록시-2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-3-메틸-4-(1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에톡시)부탄인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1-(1,2,4-틀리아졸릴)-2-히드록시-2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-3-메틸-4-(1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에톡시)핵산인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1-(1,2,4-트리아졸릴)-2-히드록시-2-(4-클로로페닐)-3,3-디메틸-4-(1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에톡시)부탄인 화합물.
- -20℃ 내지 100℃의 온도에서, 촉매량, 또는 화학양론적양의 강염기 존재하의, 비양성자성 또는 알코올 용매중에서 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(A)의 플루오로올레핀과 반응시켜서 하기일반식(Ia) 화합물을 수득하고 임의적으로 일반식(Ia)화합물을 탈불화수소화 반응에 적용시켜서 하기 일반식(Ib)의 불포화된 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 제조방법.식중, X1은 F, Cl, CF3또는 -OX3인데, 상기 X3는 적어도 3개의 불소원자 및 임의적으로 Cl 및 Br로 부터 선택된 다른 할로겐원자를 함유한, 탄소수 1∼3의 폴리플루오로알킬라디칼이며 ; R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, n, x 및 z는 제 1 항에서 정의된 바와 같은 의미이다.
- 하기 일반식 (XⅢa)의 화합물.식중, X는 O 또는 S이며 ; X2는 F, Cl, CF3이고 ; X3는 F, Cl, CF3또는 -OX3이며, 상기 X3는 적어도 3개의 불소원자 및 임의적으로 Cl 및 Br로 부터 선택된 다른 할로겐원자를 함유한, C1∼C3폴리플루오로알킬라디칼이며 ; n은 1.2이고 ; R은 에틸 또는 메틸라디칼이다.
- -20℃ 내지 100℃의 온도에서, 촉매량 또는 화학양론적양의 강염기 존재하의, 비양성자성 또는 알코올용매중에서 하기 일반식(XⅡ)의 히드록시(또는 메르캅토)에스테르를 하기 일반식(A)의 플루오로올레핀과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제 7 항에 따른 일반식(XⅢa)의 화합물의 제조방법.식중, X, X1, X2, X4, X5, n 및 R은 제 7 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 의미이다.
- 진균감염이 예상되거나 이미 진행되고 있을때, 1종 이상의 제 1 내지 5 항에 따른 화합물을 그 자체 또는 적합한 조성물의 형태로서 유효량을 식물, 종자 또는 식물에 인접한 지역에 살포함을 특징으로 하는 유용식물의 진균감염퇴치방법.
- 활성 성분인 1종 이상의 제 1 내지 5 항에 따른 화합물과 함께 고형 또는 액체담체 및 임의적으로 다른 첨가제를 가지는 살진균제조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
