Claims (9)

  1. 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 화합물 및 이것의 산 부가염 또는 금속착물
    식중 R1은 임의로 치환된 페닐 그룹; R2및 R3는 같거나 다를수 있고 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬; R4, R5및 R6는 같거나 다를수 있고 수소 , C1-C4할로알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 할로겐 이거나 또는 ;R7및 R8는 함께 m이 3또는 4일 -(CH2)m-의 폴리메틸렌 그룹을 형성
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4할로알킬, C2-C4알콕시, C2-C4알켄일, C1-C4알킨일 페닐 페녹시 벤질 또는 벤질옥시로 임의 치환된 페닐이고 이들 페닐 페녹시 벤질 및 벤질옥시 부분은 임의로 함로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4할로알킬, C1-C4할로알콕시, 로 치환되며 R2및 R3는 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이고; R4및 R5, R6은 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4알킬,C1-C4할로알킬, C1-C4알콕시이며 R7, R8및 R9은 독립적으로 수소 할로겐 C1-C4알킬,C1-C4할로알킬, C1-C4알콕시인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이것의 산부가염 또는 금속착물
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1이 할로겐, C1-C4알킬,C1-C4알콕시(특히 메톡시) , C1-C4할로알킬(특히 트리플루오로메틸) 또는 C1-C4할로알킬(특히 트리플루오로메톡시) 로 임의 치환된 페닐; R2및 R3는 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬(특히 메틸), R4가 수소, C1-C4알킬(특히 메틸),또는 C1-C4알콕시(특히 메톡시), R5, R6, R8및 R9이 수소; 및 R7이 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬(특히 메틸)인 일반식(Ⅰ)으 화합물 및 이것의 산 부가염 또는 금속착물
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, R1이 할로겐 C1-C4알킬, C1-C|4알콕시, C1-C4할로알킬 또는 C1-C4할로알콕시로 임의로 치환된 페닐; R2및 R3가 독립적으로 수소 또는 메틸 R4,R5, R6, R8및 R9모두가 수소; 및 R7이 메틸인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이것의 산 부가염 또는 금속 착물
  5. 제1항, 제2항 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, R1이 염소, 불소, 브롬, 메틸, 메톡시, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 크리트리플루오로메톡시로 임의 치환된 페닐; R2및 R3가 독립적으로 수소 또는 메틸 R4,R5, R6, R8및 R9모두가 수소; 및 R7이 메틸인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이것의 산 부가염 또는 금속 착물
  6. a)다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을
    Ⅰ)다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물 또는
    〔식중, R10은 C1-C4알킬
    Ⅱ)다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나
    또는 b)다음 일반식(Ⅹ)의 화합물을 환원적으로 탈할로겐화시키거나, 또는
    〔식중 X는 할로겐 c)다음 일반식(Ⅷ)의 화합물을
    다음 일반식 (ⅩⅣ)의 화합물과 결합시키거나,
    d)다음 일반식(ⅩⅤ)의 화합물을
    Ⅰ)다음 일반식(ⅩⅥ)의 화합물이나 또는
    〔식중 X는 할로겐Ⅱ〕다음 일반식(ⅩⅦ)의 화합물과
    반응시키는 것으로 구성되는 제1항의 화합물을 제조하는 방법
  7. 다음 일반식을 갖는 중간 생성물
  8. 살균적으로 효과적인 양의 제1항의 화합물 및 살균적으로 허용가능한 이것의 담체 또는 희석제로 이루어진 살균 조성물
  9. 제1항의 화합물 또는 제8항의 조성물을 식물에 식물의 씨에 또는 식물이나 씨의 소재지에 사용하는 것으로 구성되는 잔균 퇴치 방법
