Claims (2)

  1. 발진기(1)의 출력(3)에 결합된 제1입력(11)을 갖는 위상 검출기를 포함하는 위상 제어 루우프와 제어 루우프의 비교 신호 입력에 결합된 제2입력(15) 및 발진기용 제이 신호(81)에서 캐패시터(35)의 전하를 젱하기 위한 상기 출력 회로에 의해 개폐할 수 있는(23,27) 전류원 회로(29)에 결합된 출력회로(17,19)를 구비하는 발진기 회로에 있어서, 상기 캐패시터(35)가 발진기용 제어 신호로 얻어진 제어 전류(81)의 보조로 전압-전류 변환기(39)의 입력에 접속되며, 발진기(1)의 주파수는 상기 제어 전류에 의존하고, 상기 제어 전류는 위상 검출기에 의해 개폐될 수 있는(69,71) 제2전류원 회로(63)를 통해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발진기 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1전류원 회로(29)와 제2전류원 회로(63)에 의해 공급된 전류 사이의 주어진 비율을 얻기 위한 결합 회로(55,59,57,61)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발진기 회로.
