Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en circuitos de ayuda para la conmutación de transistores de potencia, que suministran en una utilización, siendo alimentados los transistores de potencia por una batería de acumuladores y gobernados por un circuito de control que comprende un generador de almenas de tensión variables aplicadas sobre la base de los transistores de potencia, por mediación de transistores de control en serie entre el polo positivo de la batería y un punto de potencial negativo, comprendiendo el circuito de ayuda para la conmutación igualmente un primer condensador en serie con un primer diodo conectados en paralelo sobre los transistores de potencia, estando colocada una primera resistencia en paralelo sobre el primer diodo, caracterizados porque comprenden además una rama que comprende en serie un segundo condensador, un segundo diodo y una segunda resistencia, estando colocada la rama en paralelo sobre la primera resistencia, constituyendo el punto común al segundo condensador y al segundo diodo, el punto de potencial negativo.
