Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When the switch 3 is closed at the time of starting, the emitter potential of the transistor 17 is risen up by a fixed time number determined by the resistor 21 and the condenser 22, and the output side waveform of the transformer 18 is risen up gradually. Accordingly, the transistors 4 and 5 are switched in the active region at the time of rise-up of driving voltage and the output waveform of the transformer 6 is also risen up gradually. Also, the voltage between the DC output terminal 10 and the DC output return terminal 11 is gradually risen up and charge is gradually stored in the smoothing condenser 9, whereby the rise-up waveform of input current at the DC input terminal 1 is gradually risen up and respective current and voltage waveform are risen up smoothly at the interface between the input terminal and the output terminal.
