Claims (5)

  1. 융점이 50-100℃인 할멧트형 사이즈제를, 가열조건하의 챔버내에서 150℃ 이하의 온도로 또한 100센티포이즈 이하의 점도로써 경사에 부여하고, 계속해서 이 경사를 상기 챔버내에서 평탄한 표면의 유동 로울러에 의해 굴곡시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 할멧트 사이징 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 핫멜트형 사이즈제가 탄소수 18-30인 지방산과 탄소수 18-30인 지방족 알콜과의 에스테르, 탄소수 18-30인 지방산과 2가 이상의 다가 알콜과의 완전 에스테르 또는 부분 에스테르, 탄소수 18-30인 지방족 알콜과 2가 이상의 다염기산과의 완전 에스테르 또는 부분 에스테르 및 그들의 산화유도체에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 에스테르 왁스를 50중량% 이상 함유하는 것인 핫멜트 사이징 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 핫멜트형 사이즈제가 탄화수소계 왁스를 30중량% 이하의 범위로 함유하는 것인 핫멜트 사이징 방법.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 경사를 3가닥 이상 유동 로울러에 의해 굴곡시키는 핫멜트 사이징 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 유동 로울러가 전체로써 종계열로 배치된 것인 핫멜트 사이징 방법.
