Claims (5)

  1. 금속영역을 포함하는 물질을 부식으로 부터 보호하는데 상기 보호 기능을 제공하는 수단과 함께 포위체내에 상기 입자를 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 처리에 있어서, 상기 포위체는 중합체를 구비하고 상기 보호 기능을 제공하는 상기 수단은 입자를 구비하는데 알루미늄과 구리로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 보호 금속의 상기 입자는 상기 중합체내에 매립되고, 상기 보호 금속의 상기 표면적은 상기 부식을 지연시키기에 충분한 것을 특징으로 하는 부분방지 처리공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 전자 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식방지 처리 공정.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 은을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식방지 처리 공정.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 포위체는 백을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식방지 처리 공정.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포위체는 백을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식방지 처리 공정.
