제2도는 본 발명에 따른 장치를 더 상세히 나타내고 있는 도면.

Claims (5)

  1. 웨브(1)에 대한 입구(11) 및 출구(12)와, 살균 가스를 유입하기 위한 입구(16) 및 출구(19)를 가진 챔버(10)로 구성된 이동하는 웨브(1)를 살균하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 챔버(10)의 입구(11)와 출구(12) 사이에 배치되어 중간챔버부분(10c)을 통해 서로 연결되고 웨브(1)만이 간신히 통과할 수 있도록 설계된 잘룩한 대역(10a,10b)과; 중간챔버부분(10c)의 입구(16)를 통하여 살균가스를 유입시키기 위해 상기 중간챔버부분(10c)에 접속되는 외부살균가스원(15)과; 잘룩한 대역(10a,10b)에 인접하게 배치되어 상기 살균가스를 흡인하기 위해 출구(19)를 통해 잘룩한 대역(10a,10b)에 연결되는 외부진공원(18)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 이동하는 웨브를 살균하기 위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 챔버(10)에 포함되는 세장형의 판소자(13,14)들은 한쌍씩 대향하게 배치되어 이들 사이의 자유 유입영역이 감소됨으로써 좁고긴 간극형 공간을 구획하여 잘룩한 대역(10a,10b)들을 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 이동하는 웨브를 살균하기 위한 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 판소자(13) 및 (14)의 외측단부(13a,14a)는 각각 챔버(10)의 단부벽(9a,9b)들 각각으로 부터 짧은 일정거리를 두고 이격배치되어, 챔버(10)의 입구(11)측과 출구(12)측에 각기 출구(19)를 구비하는 내부챔버부분(10d,10e)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 이동하는 웨브를 살균하기 위한 장치.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 챔버(10)로 투입되기전에 웨브(1)가 지나가면서 가열될 수 있도록 챔버(10)의 앞에 배치되는 가열장치(21)를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 이동하는 웨브를 살균하기 위한 장치.
  5. 제1항, 제3항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 챔버(1)의 벽에는 자외선전구와 같은 방사원 또는 전기적으로 가열하기 위한 가열소자(22)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로하는 이동하는 웨브를 살균하기 위한 장치.
