Claims (8)
- 유리용기(1)(특히 비경구약을 담는 유리병)는 층류구성장치(laminar flow units)를 경유하고, 계속적으로 복사열을 일으키는 연속살균장치(복사오븐:3)로 들어가고 나오며, 그 다음에 호슈식 여과공기에 의하여 냉각부(Ⅲ)에서 냉각되고, 호슈식 여과냉각공기의 일부는 배연 배기송풍기(11)에 의해 복사오븐(3) 입구에서 배출되는 저교란역류(low-turbulence counterflow)하에서 분기되고, 복사오븐(3)을 통과하는 청정실상태하에서의 내열용기 살균방법에 있어서, 청정실 상태는 복사오븐(3)내에서 대기압(PAT에 대한 정압 P2와 0.2m/s 이하의 평균 공기속도의 역류에 의하여 유지되며, 정압 P2는 복사오븐(3)내에서 측정되고 제어치와 비교되며 배출측에서의 호슈식 여과냉각공기를 배기하기 위한 배기송풍기(14)는 제어치에 대한 압력편차 △P를 최소화하도록 재조정되며 적외선 가열장치(4)의 주요부분은 정전력에서 작동되며, 불안정한 작동상태로 인한 온도변동은 전기가열장치(5)의 나머지부분의 조절로서 제거되므로 인하여 복사오븐(3) 내에서 간섭되지 않는 저교란이등류(low-turbulence displacement flow)를 유지하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청정실 상태하에서의 내열용기 살균방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복사오븐(3)내에서의 정압 P2를 위한 제어치가 0.2Pa의 이상의 값으로 재조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청정실 상태하에서의 내열용기 살균방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복사오븐(3)으로 통하는 입구에서의 배연 배기송풍기(11)의 동력을 복사오븐(3)내에서의 유속에 따라서 임계치 2300 이하의 평균 레이놀즈 수(mean Reynolds number)로 유지하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청정실 상태하에서의 내열용기 살균방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복사오븐(3)내에서의 청정실 등급은 계속적으로 감지되며, 유리용기(1)의 위에서 격자상으로 배치된 공기흡입관(19)과 함께 평균입자 계수기에 의해 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청정실 상태하에서의 내열용기 살균방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리용기(1)의 살균온도는 직접적으로 복사고온계(18)로서 측정되며, 만일 온도가 사전조정된 제어치 이하로 떨어지면 이송밸트(2)는 유리용기(!)가 살균온도로 가열될때까지 멈추는것을 특징으로 하는 청정실 상태하에서의 내열용기 살균방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리용기(19)는 밀폐용기 내에서의 이송밸트(2)의 위에서 복사오븐(3)을 통과하며, 복사오븐(3)이 채워지거나 비워질때, 입구와 출구의 차폐막(9)(10)은 안정된 청정실 상태를 위해 요구되는 압력, 유속, 온도치가 복사오븐(3)내에서 충분하게 일정히 유지되도록 재 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청정실 상태하에서의 내열용기 살균방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 복사오븐(3)의 전 폭에 걸친 온도 분배는 벽측의 정방에 배열되어 부가된 전기가열장치(5)에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 청정실 상태하에서의 내열용기 살균방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각부(Ⅲ)와 복사오븐(3)사이의 압력치는 충화조직(laminarizationfabric)에 의해 감해지며 그것에 의해 복사오븐(3)으로 들어오는 역류는 전 배출단면에 걸쳐서 가능한한 신속히 안정되며 일정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 청정실 상태하에서의 내열용기 살균방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
