제 3 도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 용지전달기구를 갖는 전자사진 기록장치의 내부구조를 개략적으로 나타내는 측면도.
제4도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 의한 전사장치 부근의 용지전달기구의 개략평면도.
제5도는 롤러들을 통해 감광드럼의 원통면으로 밀린 감광드럼과 상전사장치를 개략적으로 나타내는 사시도.

Claims (6)

  1. 토너를 사용하여 기록용지상에 상을 전사하기 위한 기록장치에 있어서, 기부 프레임과 상기 기부프레임에 고정된 제1축 주위에서 회전되는 그의 원통면상에 토너상을 생성하기 위한 감광드럼과, 기록용지상에 원통면상의 토너상을 전사하기 위한 상전사수단과, 상감광드럼이 회전될때 기록용지가 원통면에 접촉되어 기록용지가 상전사간격을 통해 통과하는 동안 회전되는 원통면과 함께 접촉된 기록용지상에 원통면상의 토너상을 전사시키도록 원통면과 상기 상전사수단간에 형성된 상전사간격이 지정된 허용오차를 갖는 예정된값에 일정하게 유지되도록 원통면에 상기 전사수단을 위치시키기 위한 제 1 위치설정 수단과, 기록용지를 상전사 간격으로 안내하기 위한 용지압입 수단과, 그리고 상기 제1위치설정 수단에 의해 위치되는 상기 상전사수단과 함께 상기 용지 압입수단을 위치 설정시킴으로서 지정된 허용오차를 갖는 예정된 값으로 원통면과 상기 용지 압입수단간의 간격을 유지시키기 위한 제2위치설정 수단으로 구성되는 것이 특징인 전자사진 기록장치내의 용지전달기구.
  2. 제1항에서, 상기 상전사수단은 상기 상전사수단에 부착되는 대향면을 갖는 수평대 수단을 포함하며, 상기 용지 압입수단은 수평대 수단의 대향면에 접촉할 수 있는 슬라이딩면을 포함하며, 상기 제2위치설정수단은 수평대 수단의 대향면에 슬라이딩면을 일정하게 밀어주기 위한 제2밀어주는 수단을 포함하는 것이 특징인 전자사진 기록장치내의 용지전달기구.
  3. 제2항에서, 상기 감광드럼의 제 1축은 수평으로 세트되며, 상기 제2위치설정 수단은 상기 기부 프레임으로부터 상기 상전사장치를 밀어주는 제1밀어주는 수단을 사용하여 상기 감광드럼의 수직으로 유도된 반경을 따라 수직으로 상기 상전사수단을 밀어줌으로서 회전하는 원통면에 의해 상기 상전사수단을 위치시키고, 또한 수평대수단의 대향면은 수평으로 위치되는 것이 특징인 전자사진 기록장치내의 용지전달 기구.
  4. 제3항에서, 제1밀어주는 수단은 상기 상전사수단과 상기 기부프레임간에 위치되도록 상기 기부프레임상에 수직으로 세워진 스프링들을 포함하며, 상기 제2위치설정 수단의 제2밀어주는 수단은 상기 기부프레임에 고정되는 제2축에 의해 지지되는 팔부재를 포함하고 팔부재가 수직 평면내에서 자유롭게 회전될수 있고, 상기 용지압입수단은 팔부재의 단부에 제공되어 있어 팔부재가 수직평면내에서 자유롭게 회전될 수 있고, 상기 용지 압입수단은 팔부재의 단부에 제공되어 있어 상기 용지 압입수단과 제2축에 의해 지지된 팔부재에 의해 생기는 하중을 사용하여 슬라이딩면을 수평대 수단의 대향면으로 밀어질수 있는 것이 특징인 전자사진 기록장치내의 용지전달기구.
  5. 제4항에서, 적어도 상기 기부프레임과, 상기 상전사수단, 상기 제1위치설정수단, 상기 용지압입수단 및 상기 제2위치설정 수단을 포함하는 수단을 설치하기 위한 하부 프레임과, 적어도 상기 감광드럼을 설치하기 위한 것으로 상기 하부프레임을 수평으로 둔채 개방될수 있는 상부프레임을 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 전자사진 기록장치내의 용지전달기구.
  6. 제5항에서, 상기 하부프레임은 팔부재를 유지시켜 주기위해 상기 기부프레임에 부착되는 유지수단을 포함하고 있으므로 상기 압입수단이 들어올려진 상태를 유지할수 있고, 상기 팔부재는 상기 상부프레임이 개방된 후 유지수단에 의해 유지되며, 또한 상기 상부 프레임은 상기 상부프레임이 상기 하부프레임으로 닫힐때 상기 유지수단으로부터 팔부재를 풀어서 상기 용지압입수단의 슬라이딩면을 수평대 수단의 대향면으로 후퇴시키기 위해 상기 용지압입 수단을 밀어주기 위한 제3밀어주는 수단을 포함하는 것이 특징인 전자사진 기록장치내의 용지전달기구.
