Claims (2)
- 작업로울의 축선방향의 직경치수변화인 로울 프로필을 계측하는 방법에 있어서, 작업로울의 축선방향으로 대체로 평행하고 왕복운동 가능하게 착설된 변위검출기 부착대에, 상기 로울 프로필을 복수의 구간으로 분할해서 측정하기 위한 복수개의 로울 프로필 측정용 변위검출기를 재치하고, 또한 상기 작업로울의 축선방향으로 간격La 및 Lb를 두고 상기 변위검출기 부착대의 운동오차를 측정하는 3개 1조의 운동오차 측정용 변위검출기를 적어도 1조 재치하고, 상기 변위검출기 부착대를 상기 작업로울의 축선방향으로 이동시켜서 상기 로울 프로필 측정용 변위검출기 및 상기 운동오차 측정용 변위검출기로 상기 작업로울의 축선방향의 직경치수 변화를 부분적으로 측정하고, 상기 운동오차 측정용 변위검출기에 의해서 얻은 측정치로부터 연산처리에 의해서 상기 변위검출기 부착대의 운동오차를 구하고, 상기 연산처리에 의해서 구한 변위검출기 부착대의 운동 오차를 사용해서 상기 로울 프로필 측정용 변위검출기의 측정치를 보정하고, 상기 변위검출기 부착대의 운동 오차를 사용해서 보정된 상기 로울 프로필 측정용 변위 검출기의 측정치를 합산해서 상기 작업로울의 축선방향의 직경치수 변화를 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울 프로필 계측방법.
- 작업로울의 축선방향의 직경치수 변화인 로울 프로필을 계측하는 장치에 있어서, 작업로울의 축선방향으로 대체로 평행하고 왕복운동 가능하게 착설된 변위검출기 부착대와, 이 변위 검출기 부착대위에 재치되며 또한 상기 로울 프로필을 복수의 구간으로 분할해서 측정하는 복수개의 로울 프로필 측정용 변위검출기와, 상기 작업로울의 축선방향으로 간격을 두고 상기 변위검출기 부착애에 재치된 적어도 3개 1조의, 변위검출기 부착대의 운동오차를 측정하기 위한 변위검출기와, 이들 변위검출기에 의한 측정치를 수치처리하여 상기작업로울의 축선방향의 직경치수 변화를 산출하는 연산처리기로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 로울 프로필계측장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
