Claims (5)

  1. 본체의 선단반구부의 거의 회전 대칭 위치에 2개의 절삭칩 포켁을 설치해서 각 절삭칩 포켓에 칩좌를 각각 복수개 형성하고 각각의 칩좌에 원호날을 가지는 쓰로우어웨이 칩을 절단나르이 회전 궤적이 반구면을 그리도록 설치함과 동시에, 이상태하에서의 각 절단날의 궤적의 랩대신으로 절단날 길이의 1/4이상, 각 절삭칩 포켓의 선단측 칩의 액시얼레이크를 0∼5°, 후퇴측 칩의 액시얼레이크를 4∼8°의 범위로 선단측의 칩의 그것보다도 크게 설정하고, 또한 후퇴측의 칩의 절단날 앞끝은 동일 절삭칩 포켓내에 있는 선단측의 칩의 절단날의 연장선상에 위치시켜서, 엔드밀의 정면에서 보아 날 형상이 S자로 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우어웨이식 보올엔드밀.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 본체의 선단반구부에 연속되는 스트레이트 외주부에 축방향 후방으로 향하여 확대되는 절삭칩 포켓을 둘레방향 및 축방향으로 변위하여 복수개 설치하고, 그의 절삭칩 포켓에 칩좌를 각 1개 설치하여 각각의 칩좌상에 스트레이트한 절단날능을 가지는 쓰로우어웨이칩을 절단날 길이의 1/4이상의 같은 랩 대신으로 궤적이 축방향으로 연속되는 상태로 설치하고, 이칩의 절단날로 스트레이트 외주날을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우어웨이식 보올엔드밀.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 본체의 선단반구부에 설치되는 쓰로우어웨이칩은, 평면시 형상이 거의 정다각형을 이루고, 노우즈 사이를 연결하는 각 절단날능은 모두의 노우즈를 지나는 외접원의 반경보다도 크고, 또한 서로 같은 곡률반경에서 원호상으로 외측으로 부풀어 있는 포지티브형의 칩이고, 각 측면에, 측면의 클리어런스각보다도 큰 클리어런스 각도로 경사하는 평탄면을 구비하고, 이평탄면을 칩좌에 대응하여 설치한 평탄면에 밀착시켜서 위치 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우어웨이식 보올엔드밀.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 본체의 선단반구부에 설치되는 쓰로우어웨이 칩의 경사면에 해당 칩의 절단날의 적어도 앞 끝쪽을 회전방향 후방으로 후퇴시키는 챔퍼면을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우어웨이식 보올앤드밀.
  5. 평면시 형상이 거의 정 3각형을 이루고, 노우즈 사이를 연결하는 각 절단날능을 모두의 노우즈를 지나는 외접원의 반경보다도 크고 또한 서로 같은 곡률 반경에서 원호상으로 외측에 부풀어 있는 포지티브형 쓰로우어웨이칩에 있어서, 그 각측면에, 측면의 클리어런스각보다도 큰 클리어런스각도로 경사되는 평탄면을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로우어웨이칩.
