技术领域
本实用新型涉及超硬刀具,尤其涉及高速、高寿命、高精密轨迹铣刀。
背景技术
现代汽车传动轴连接器变形变位非圆内球面加工,需要高速,高精度,高寿命,普通的刀具无法胜任,故需要研究刀具材料,刀具参数,切削参数,摩擦磨损原理,规迹切削研究,开发特种的立方氮化硼非圆球面铣刀来完成此任务。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供立方氮化硼非圆球面铣刀,以适应现代汽车传动轴连接器变形变位非圆内球面加工工艺中的高速,高精度,高寿命的迫切要求。
为实现所述目的的立方氮化硼非圆球面铣刀,其特征在于,立方氮化硼非圆球面铣刀,其特征在于,刀刃法向后角为11°,刀具前角为0度,刀刃倒棱负20°×0.15mm,刀刃整体弧线是由6个不同中心的局部圆弧根据被加工件所需轨迹排列组合而成,每个局部刀刃圆弧半径为15mm,刀具刀刃原点位于旋转轴心并与刀体大端面距离L1为4±0.006mm,六个局部刀刃圆弧中心坐标均以所述原点为编程原点设计基准,刀头材料为立方氮化硼材料。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.立方氮化硼(立方氮化硼)材料,极高耐磨性,抗腐蚀性,红硬性,抗冲击性也较好,能够适应淬火钢,铸铁和粉末冶金零部件高速高精度加工并有很高的耐用性;
2.刀具后角0°和刀刃倒棱负20°×0.15mm,刀头刃高于刀具旋转中心,旋转镗铣切削时,实际切削前角减小,提高了刀头强度,同时刀具本身结构刚性也增强了,复合立方氮化硼前刀面,具有良好切削断屑和排削功能及有很好的被加工材料梯形层流变减摩擦特性,这对于减小切削力,提高被加工工件质量及刀具耐用度很有意义,同时具有相当高的抗冲击强度;
3.刀具11°法向后角对于淬火钢和铸铁及粉末冶金材料镗铣削加工摩擦力较小,切削轻快并耐用度提高强度较好,刀尖圆弧R15mm可以精细镗铣削又能承受相当大的切削力,可保持刃口强度并切削阻力不大,又能对被加工零件进行修光,也是重要刀具参数,具有良好的提高表面质量作用,6个局部刀刃圆弧根据被加工件内凹特别形状轨迹需要可以排列组合模拟成特别的整体刀刃曲线形状,使致达到理想的加工结果,刀具的尺寸精度是刀具水平的基本要求,也需考虑必要性的同时,考虑经济性和合理性,要适宜为好,即在保证加工要求的前提下,设计适当的刀具精度要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,立方氮化硼非圆球面铣刀具有如下技术参数:
1.刀刃法向后角A1为11°;
2.刀具前角为0度;
3.刀刃倒棱负20°×0.15mm,即倒角为负20度,且倒角宽度为0.15mm;
4.刀刃整体弧线是由6个不同中心的局部圆弧R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6根据被加工件所需特种轨迹排列组合而成;
5.每个局部刀刃圆弧半径为15mm;
6.刀具刀刃原点(0mm,0mm)位于旋转轴心并与刀体大端面距离L1为4±0.006mm;
7.六个局部圆弧中心坐标均以以上原点(0mm,0mm)为编程原点设计基准,在以旋转轴心为纵向轴、水平轴为横向轴的直角坐标系中,如图1所示,各个圆弧中心坐标分别为(-0.8mm,-5.4mm)、(-1.3mm,-5.2mm)、(-2.2mm,-5mm)、(-2.9mm,-4.6mm)、(-3.1mm,-4.4mm)、(-3.6mm,-4.4mm),对应地,各段圆弧以刀头端面100为基础的纵向高度H1、H2、H3、H4、H5、H6分别为1.6mm,2.7mm,3mm,5mm,7mm,8.4mm;
8.刀头材料:立方氮化硼材料。
