Claims (10)

  1. [A]치료 유효량의 딜티아젬 L-말레이트 및 효과적 완충량의 나트륨 비타르트레이트를 함유하는 핵정, [B]이 핵정을 둘러싸고 있으며, (i) 수투과성이나 용질 불투과성인 중합체 및 (ii) 벽전체에 고루 분산된 pH1 이상에서는 민감하지 않은, (i) 과 (ii)의 총중량을 기본으로 0.1 내지 60중량%의 세공 형성 첨가제로부터 제조되어 6.96×10-18내지 6.96×10-14cm3sec/g의 유체 투과도 및 0.5 이하의 굴절 게수를 갖는 수불용성 속도조절벽으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 사용부위의 주변에의 딜티아젬 L-말레이트의 방출 조절용 삼투 펌프.
  2. (I) 사용부위의 주변에서는 통합성이 유지되지 않는 담체 매질 및(II) 제1항에 따른 삼투 펌프로 구성된 다수의 작은 삼투 펌프 요소로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 사용 부위의 주변에의 딜티아젬 L-말레이트의 방출 조절용 다수입자 삼투 펌프.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 딜티아젬 L-말레이트가 80 내지 150중량%의 나트륨 비타르트레이트와 배합되는 삼투 펌프.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 핵정중의 딜티아젬 L-멜라이트가 30 내지 500mg인 삼투 펌프.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 핵정중의 나트륨 비타르트 레이트가 30 내지 500mg인 삼투 펌프.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 굴절 계수가 0.1미만인 삼투 펌프.
  7. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 매질내의 치료 유효량의 심장 혈관용 약제 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체로 이루어진 추가의 펠렛 또는 다수입자; 또는 작은 삼투 펌프 요소상의 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 및 치료 유효량의 심장 혈관용 약제로 이루어진 외층을 함유함을 특징하는 삼투 펌프.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 심장 혈관용 약제가 안지오텐신 전환 효소 억제제로부터 선택되는 삼투 펌프.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 안지오텐신 전환 효소 억제제가 캅토프릴, 에날라프릴 및 리시노프릴로부터 선택되는 삼투 펌프.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 고체 담체 매질이 고체 가용성 젤라틴 캡슐 또는 고체 정제 매트릭스인 삼투 펌프.
