Claims (1)

  1. 쌀, 현미, 보리, 콩, 조, 옥수수, 수수등의 곡물을 증숙 숙성하여 갈변화(누룽지화)시킨 다음 50-200메쉬로 분말화하고 도정되지 않은 보리를 배전하여 50-200메쉬로 분말화하여 상기 각기 다른 맛과 향을 지닌 누룽지 분말과 보리분말을 4 : 6 내지 6 : 4의 비율로 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 인스턴트 숭늉차 제조방법.
