Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the titled set which can be used according to one's taste, by putting a sauce based on soy or miso, and various extracts of seasonings and spices in separate containers, and making the containers as a set.
CONSTITUTION: A seasoned sauce base obtained by adding one pt. of MIRIN (a sweet sake) to 5W1pt. of soy, or by dissolving miso in MIRIN, is if necessary, mixed with juice prepared by straining boiled vegetables such as onion, carrot, etc. and a chemical seasoning. Separately, raw materials of seasonings and spices such as tangle, dried bonito, shiitake mushroom, onion, carrot, apple, garlic, Guinea pepper, pepper, WASABI (a kind of horseradish), etc. are chopped, separately immersed in alcohol to extract, and put in separate containers. The containers containing the sause base and the various seasonings, etc. are made to a set. The contents are mixed together according to one's taste to obtain a sauce for roast meat.
