Claims (4)
- 실리카를 포함하는 저굴절율층(33) 및 저굴절율층 보다 높은 소정의 구절율을 가지고 산화티타늄 및 산화탄타륨으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 금속한화물로 구성된 고굴절율층으로 되어 있으며, 저굴절율층을 고굴절율층에서 와 같은 하나이상의 금속 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빛간섭막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고굴정율층 및 저굴정율층이 소정의 층수로 서로 번갈아서 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 빛간섭막.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 고굴절율층 및 저굴절율층이 각각인 및 붕소로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빛간섭막.
- 제 3 항 있어서, 저굴정율층에 포함된 금속산화물의 양이 제로보다 크고 15 WT% 이하인것을 특징으로 하는 빛간섭막.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
