Claims (15)
- 고체부의 표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법은 (a) 고체부와 비완성용기 - 이것의 한측에 고체부표면의 형상과 유사한 형상의 개부를 지닌다. - 가 고체부표면 으로 개부가 폐쇄되도록 서로 밀접하게 접촉되는 공정과 (b) 용기내 유체수준이 소정수준으로 도달하때까지 코팅유체를 용기로 주입하는 공정과 (c) 고체부와 용기를 고정적으로 유지하면서 용기내 유체수준을 소정비율로 낮추기 위해 용기에서 유체를 추출하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, (c) 공정에서 코팅유제는 용기의 바닥에서 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 비완성용기의 개부는 고체부표면보다 작은 영역으로 되어 고체부표면의 선택영역상에만 유체막이 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 비완성용기의 개부영역은 고체부의 표면과 거의 동일하여 고체부 표면의 전체영역에 실제적으로 유체막이 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고체부의 표면은 평면표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고체부의 표면은 굽은표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체박을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고팅유체는 알콕시드금속의 용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 고체부표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 장치는 고체부를 보유하는 수단과 고체부표면의 형상과 유사한 형상의 개구를 한측에 지니는 비완성유체용기와 비완성용기의 개부가 고체부표면으로 폐쇄되어 용기를 완성하고 용기와 고체몸체를 밀접하게 접촉한 상태로 고정유지하기 위해, 고체부와 비완성용기를 서로 밀접하게 접촉시키는 수단과, 고팅유체를 고체부와 접촉된 상태의 용기로 주입시키는 수단, 코팅 유체를 고체부와 접촉된 상태의 용기에서 일정비율로 추출하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 코팅유체를 용기로 주입하는 수단과 코팅유체를 추출하는 수단을 단일하며, 코팅유체저장소와 용기의 바닥을 통해 고체부와 접촉한 용기와 저장소사이에 연결된 튜브와 저장소의 수직위치를 변화시키기 위해 저장소를 움직이는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 코팅유체를 추출하는 수단은 용기의 바닥내 구멍에서 하방으로 연장되는 파이프와 파이프에 개방정도가 조절되는 밸브가 준비된 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 용기로 코팅유체를 주입하는 수단은, 용기의 꼭대기보다 높은 위치에서 유지된 코팅 유체저장소와 저장소에서 용기의 꼭대기로 하방연장되는 급송파이프와 급송파이프를 통해 코팅유체의 흐름을 조절하는 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 비완성용기의 개부는 고체부표면보다 작은 영역인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 비완성용기의 개부는 고체부표면과 거의 동일한 영역인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 비완성용기는 직사각상자형의 형태이고 고체부표면은 편평표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 비완성용기는 대략 반원형바닥판과 바닥판의 정반대 모서리상에 서 있는 직사각형측벽으로 구성되며 고체부의 표면은 대략 반실린더형표면과 오목상태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체표면상에 박유체막을 코팅하는 방법과 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
