Claims (12)

  1. 파형판 및 이 판상에 측방향으로 배치된 복수의 플루트들로 이루어진 컬럼패킹 부재로서, 상기의 각각의 플루트는 상기 파형판에 대한 융기부로 이루어져 있으며, 그 융기부는, 패킹부재가 수직으로 배향될 때, 그 융기각이 수직에 대하여 90° 또는 그 이하가 되도록, 상기 파형판에 대하여 비스듬히 배치되었으며, 그래서 패킹 부재를 따라 하향하게 흐르는 액체로 하여금 셸프상에 푸울을 형성하도록 하기에 충분한 셸프가 상기의 파형판을 따라 형성되어있는, 걸럼 패킹 부재.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 융기각이 45° 내지 85撥인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬럼 패킹 부재.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 플루트가 0.05 내지 10.0mm의 높이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬럼 패킹 부재.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 플루트가 0.5 내지 10mm의 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬럼 패킹 부재.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 플루트들이 예리한 각의 정점 및 골들을 갖고있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬럼 패킹 부재.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 플루트들이 곡선진 정점 및 골들을 갖고있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬럼 패킹 부재.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 플루트들이 평평한 표면의 정점 및 골들을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬럼 패킹 부재.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 파형판은 금속으로 만들어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 컬럼 패킹 부재.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 금속이 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬럼 패킹 부재.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 파형판에 하나이상의 천공들이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬럼 패킹 부재.
  11. 컬럼내에 수직으로 배치된 복수의 패킹부재들이 들어있는 컬럼을 따라 상향하게 흐르는 증기와 하향하게 흐르는 액체들 향류 접촉시키는 것으로 이루어지는 증기와 액체 사이의 물질전달을 달성하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기의 패킹부재들 각각은 파형판 및 이 판상에 측방향으로 배치된 복수의 플루트들로 이루어져 있으며, 상기의 각각의 플루트는 상기의 판에 대한 융기부로 이루어져 있으며, 그 융기부는 수직에 대하여 90° 또는 그 이하의 각도로 배치되어, 파형판을 따라 셸프가 형성되고 하향 흐름 액체로 이루어진 푸울이 셸프상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 증기와 액체 사이의 물질전달을 달성하기 위한 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 증기와 액체는 각각 산소와 질소로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
