기액(氣液) 접촉장치

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 제1실시예를 나타낸 압력용기(1)의 측단면도이다,
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 제2실시예를 나타낸 용기(1)의 측단면도이다,
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 제3실시예를 나타낸 용기(21)의 측단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 기체와 액체를 서로 접촉시키는 기액 접촉방법에 있어서, 입경 1㎜ 내지 50㎜ 범위의 불규칙적인 형상을 이루는 수지발포재를 용기내에 충전하여, 상기 용기내로 기체 및 액체를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액 접촉 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기내에 상기 수지발포재를 10% 내지 90% 충전하여, 이 용기내에 기체 및 액체를 동시에 유입하여 대기압보다도 높은 압력에서 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액 접촉 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용기의 상부로부터 액체를 유입하고 이 용기의 하부에서 기체를 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액 접촉 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용기에서 상기 수지발포재를 10% 내지 90% 충전한 접촉층을 간격을 두어 복수층 설치하며, 상기 용기의 상부로부터 액체를 플레싱에 의해 살포하고, 이 용기의 하부에서 기체를 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액 접촉 방법.
