Claims (6)

  1. 블록형상으로 형성한 다이본체에, 상기 다이본체로부터 옆쪽으로 돌출한 노즐의 선단부에 슬릿형상 단편을토출구와, 다이본체에 토출구와 유체적으로 연통하는 도료통을 형성하고, 상기 토출구는 하부노즐부의 선단부를 일정곡률을 가진 대략 원통면으로 형성하고, 상부노즐부를 일정곡률을 대략 원통면으로한 가이드와 가이드면보다 함몰하여 형성한 홈으로 형성하고, 상기 상부노즐 또는 하부노즐의 안쪽에 간막이 판을 노즐의 전체폭에 걸쳐서 상하방향 이동가능하게 장착하고, 상기 다이본체를 아래쪽으로 일정각도 θ만큼 회동가능하게 유지하는 회동블록으로 지지해서, 회동한 다이본체 선단부의 노즐부위치가 몰입하는 크기의 용제받침을 노즐부아래쪽에 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 도포장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용제받침의 주위 또는 내부에 병설하고, 용제받침에 채운 용제에 대하여, 소정강도의 초음파에너지를 공급하는 초음파 발생장치를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 도포장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사부노즐, 하부노즐로 구성하는 하부노즐의 선단부를 판형상으로 형성하고, 그 고정부에서부터 상부노즐과 반대방향으로 약 90회동가능하게 구성하여 립으로하고, 상기 립의 위치가, 상기 간막이판보다도 노즐돌출 방향쪽에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하부노즐의 상부 노즐과의 대향면에 오목형상의 평판유지홈을 형성하고, 상기 평판유지홈에 전후 접동가능한 평판을 매설한 것을 특징으로 하는 도포장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 상부노즐 선단부의 하부노즐과의 대향면에 개구하는 복수개의 서로 도통한 관으로 구성되는 파이프계에 일정량의 용제를 이송하는 펌프와, 상기 용제를 공급하는 용제탱크를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 도포장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 대략 직방체의 상자형상이고, 상기 노즐의 돌출쪽에만 개구부를 가진 하우징체에 의해서 다이본체 및 상기 용제받침을 내포하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 도포장치.
