Claims (20)

  1. 수분의 적용시 조성물로부터의 활성물질의 방출과 이동속도가 (i)착염으로부터의 계면활성제의 수분 활성 분해와 뒤이은 방출속도와 (ii)방출된 계면활성제가 젖은 토양을 통하여 확산되는 속도에 의하도록 폴리카르복실레이트 고분자와 폴리(저급) 알콕실레이트 계면활성제의 연합착염내에 가두어져 있는 생물적으로 유효량의 활성물질을 함유하는 조성물로서 토양을 처리하는 것을 포함하는, 본질적으로 비휘발성이며 약 0.1 중량% 보다 작은 수용해도를 가지는 친유성 생물 활성물질을 토양에서 수분활성으로 방출하고 이동시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 활성물질이 약 1,000 내지 약 0.1 중량 ppm의 수용해도를 갖는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 활성물질이 약 500 내지 약 1중량 ppm의 수용해도를 갖는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 활성물질이 살생물제인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 활성물질이 모충 박멸제 또는 살진균제인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제의 임계 미셸 농도보다 큰 계면활성제 농도를 갖는 폴리 저급 알콕실레이트 계면활성제의 수성 용액내에서 활성물질의 명목 용해도가 수중에서 보다 적어도 약 50% 큰 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 입상 또는 알갱이인 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 조성물이 피복된 종자의 형태인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 활성물질이 살생물제의 형태인 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 활성물질이 살모충제 또는 살진균제인 방법.
  11. 수분을 적용했을때 조성물로부터의 활성물질의 방출 및 이동속도가 (i)착염에서 수분 활성분해와 뒤이은 계면활성제 방출속도와 (ii)젖은 토양으로의 방출된 계면활성제의 확산속도에 의존하도록 폴리카르복실레이트 고분자와 폴리(저급)알콕실화 계면활성제의 연합착염내에서 가두어져 있는 생물학적으로 유효량의 활성물질을 포함하는 본질적으로 비휘발성이며 친유성이며 약 0.1중량%보다 작은 수용해도를 가지는 생물학적으로 활성인 물질의 토양에서 방출하고 이동하기 위한 수분활성 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 활성물질이 약 1,000 내지 약 0.1중량 ppm의 수용해도를 갖는 조성물.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 활성물질이 약 500 내지 약 1중량 ppm의 수용해도를 갖는 조성물.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 활성물질이 살생물제인 조성물.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 활성물질이 모충 박멸제 또는 살진균제인 조성물.
