Claims (11)
- a)게르마늄-함유용액을 실온(약 15내기 40℃)에서 폴리하이드록시 카르복실산을 포함하는 착화제 존재하에 추출제로서의 유기아민용액으로 처리하여, 게르마늄이 다량 하뮤된 유기 추출물과 게르마늄이 실질적으로 함유되지 않은 수성상을 수득하고, b)게르마늄-다량함유 유기추출물을 물로 세척하고, c)상기 유기추출물을 약 15내지 40℃의 실온에서 염기성 수용액으로 처리함으로써 유기추출물로부터 게르마늄을 용출시켜, 게르마늄이 실질적으로 함유되지 않은 유기상과 게르마늄이 함유된 염기성 수성상을 수득하고, d)게르마늄-다량 함유 염기성 수성상을 황산으로 처리함으로써 pH를 약 8내지 11조로 조절하여, 통상의 방법으로 게르마튬 금속 또는 이산화게르마늄으로 전환시키기 위해 후속 처리가능한 폴리게르마네이트 형태의 게르마늄을 침전시킴을 특징으로 하여, 게르마늄 함유용액으로부터 게르마늄을 회수하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유기아민으로서, 유기용매(바람직하게는 케로센)중에 용해된 1.5내지 5용적%의 탄소수 8내지 10의 트리알킬아민을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 착화제로서, 출발용액에 함유된 게르마늄 ㎏당 2.15㎏이상의 타타르산을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 수득된 유기추출물중 게르마늄의 농도가 0.1내지 1.5g/1, 바람직하게는 0.4내지 0.7g/1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계(a)를 제 3상의 형성을 방지하기에 충분한 양의, 바람직하게는 1내지 3용적%농도의 유기 개질제(예 ; 트리부틸 포스페이트)존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 게르마늄 함유용액의 pH가 0.5내지 2, 바람직하게는 2임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계(b)의 유기추출물의 세척결과 생성된 수용액을 단계(a)로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 용출단계(c)에서 사용된 염기성 수용액이, 게르마늄-다량함유 염기성 수성상의 pH가 12이상이므로, 1 내지 5N, 바람직하게는 3N, 수산화나트륨용액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계(c)에서 수록된 실질적으로 게르마늄이 함유되지 않은 유기상을 단계(a)로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 침전단계(d)에서 생성된, 게르마늄을 소량함유하고 착화제를 다량 함유하고 또한 세척수를 함유하는 용액을 단계(a)로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 침전단계(d)를 60℃ 내지 반응혼합물의 비점에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
