Claims (7)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 라디칼 폐환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, n은 1, 2 또는 3이고 R은 (C1-C14)-아실을 나타내며, R1은(C1-C6)-알킬, (C3-C7)-사이클로알킬, (C7-C11)-아르알킬 또는 다른 카복실 보호그룹을 나타내고 Hal은 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드를 나타내며, 브릿지 헤드(bridge head) 탄소원자 3a 및 (5+n)a에서의 수소원자의 배위는 바람직하게는 시스이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 (C1-C6)-알카노일, (C6-C10)-아릴-(C1-C4)-알카노일, (C6-C10)-아로일, (C1-C6)-알콕시카보닐 또는 (C7-C11)-아르알킬옥시카보닐을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 폐환 시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 팹티드 화학분야에서 통상적인 우레탄 형태의 아민 보호그룹을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 조성물을 폐환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이(C1-4)-알킬 또는 (C7-C11)-아르알킬을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 폐환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이 펩티드 화학분야에서 통상적인 카복실 보호그룹을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 폐환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱa)의 화합물.상기식에서, n은 1, 2 또는 3이고, X는 하이드륵실, 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드를 나타내며, R은 수소 또는 (C1-C14)-아실을 나타내고, R1은 (C1-C6)-알킬, (C3-C7)-사이클로알킬, (C7-C11)-아르아킬 또는 다른 카복실 보호그룹을 나타낸다.
