제2도는 (a) 및 (b) 는 각각 종래 타이어의 벨트 보강층 스플라이스(Splice)부의 가류전 및 가류후의 부분 단면도,
제3도는 타이어의 유니포미티레벨(Uniformith level(RFV)를 나타내는 도면.

Claims (3)

  1. 트레드부, 한쌍의 사이드월부, 한쌍의 비드부, 이양비드부에 걸쳐 배치한 적어도 한층의 카카스층으로 되는 카카스부, 전기 카카스부와 트레드부간에 배치한 벨트부 및 이 벨트부를 보강하는 보강층을 각각, 미가류 상태에서 적층하고 성형, 가류함에 임해서, 전기 벨트 보강층으로서 전리성 방사선을 조사해서 부분 가교시킨 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 승용차용 래디얼타이어의 제조법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전리성 방사선이 전자선이고, 전자선조사에 있어, 가속전압이 적어도 100KV이고, 전자선 흡수선량이 2~10Mard 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 승용차용 래디얼타이어의 제조법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 미가류 상태의 적층체를 적어도 10kgf/cm2의 블래더 내압에서 조정한 모울드내에서 성형, 가류함을 특징으로 하는 승용차용 래디얼타이어의 제조법.
