  1. 용접한 부품의 전기적 가열을 허용하는 내장된 권을 지니는 플라스틱 부품을 함께, 자동 제어되는 기계에 의하여, 용접을 수행하는 방법에 있어서, 용접단계의 동안에 권선에의 온도를 부품이 서로 용접될 수 있는 처리온도(T1)와 상기 부품의 손상온도에 해당되는 최대온도(T2), 사이로
    여기서 t:권선의 온도가 T1과 T2사이가 되는 시간
    T: 문제의 범위내로 권선이 도달하는 온도
    A 및 B: 용접 파라미터에 해당하는 상수가 되도록 하는 시간간격 t동안 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접방법.
  2. 내장된 권선을 지니는 플라스틱부품(1,2,3)을 함께 용접을 수행하는 것을 목적으로 하는 장치에 있어서,
    상기 장치는 용접한 부품의 가열을 허용하면서 권선에 전기에너지를 공급하기 위한 장치(6)와, 가열시간(ts의 처음부분(t1)의 동안에 특정한 제로가 아닌 값으로 권선에 공급되는 전기에너지를 고정시킨 다음 이 에너지값이 나모지 시간 간격의 동안에 감소를 일으켜, 용접단계의 동안에, 부품(1,2,3)이 서로 용접될 수 있는 최저온도(T1)와 이 부품의 손상온도에 해당하는 최고온도(T2) 사이로 권선에서의 온도를 유지하기 위한 조정장치(10,15)를 지니는 것으로 정의되는 용접을 수행하는 것을 가능하게 만들면서 가열의 지속시간을 조절하는 장치(9)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접장치.
  3. 내장된 권선을 지니는 플라스틱부품(1,2,3)을 함께 용접을 수행하는 것을 목적으로 하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 용접하는 부품의 가열을 하용하면서 권선에 전기에너지를 공급하기 위한 장치(6)와, 가열시간의 동안에, 공급되는 전기에너지가 실질적으로 제로가 될 때의 기간이 산재한 특정의 연속적 시간간격의 동안에 일정한 값에서 권선에 공급되는 전기에너지를 유지시켜, 용접단계의 동안에, 부품들이 서로 용접될 수 있는 최저온도(T1)와 이 부품의 손상온도에 해당하는 최고온도(T2) 사이로 권선에서의 온도를 유지하기 위한 조정장치(10,15)를 지니는 것으로 정의되는 용접을 수행하는 것을 가능하게 만들면서 가열시간을 조절하기 위한 장치(9)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, -권선에 공급된 전기에너지에 있어서 상기한 변화에 필요한 적어도 모든 파라미터가 기억되는 메모리장치(8), -이들 메모리장치(8)를 판독하고 판독한 정보를, 이 정보의 함수로서 사용되는 용접 프로그램의 특성을 결정하는 처리장치(10)에 전송하기 위한, 그 자체는 공지인 회로(11), -용접할 상기 부품에 고정된 용접 프로그램에 의해 요구되는 전기에너지를 가하기 위해, 전기 용접 공급원(6)을 제어하기 위한 장치(15,25)를 조합하여 이루어지는 것으로 정의되는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, -부품의 추가의 온도 파라미터를 측정하는 온도센서(16), -상기 센서(16)를 판독하고 판독한 정보를 상기 처리장치(10)에 전송하기 위한 장치(17,18,19,20)를 지니는 것으로 정의되는 장치.
  6. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, -권선의 전기에너지에 있어서 상기한 변화에 필요한 적어도 모든 파라미터를 기억하되, 이 권선의 온도파리미터는 제외하고 기억되는 메모리장치(8), 이 메모리장치는 그 자체는 공지인 판독회로(11)와 관련되어 있으며, -부품의 온도를 특정하는 열센서(16)에 연결된 판독장치(19,20), -공급장치(6)에 의해 권선에 공급된 전기에너지를 기록하기 위한 장치(12,27), -상기 센서 (16)에 의해 측정된 온도와 상기 메모리장치(8)와 상기 기록장치(12,27)로부터 각각 얻은 판독 및 기록된 파라미터의 함수로서 가열동안의 권선의 온도를 계산하는 장치(21), -상기 메모리장치(8)에서 판독된 파라미터와 권선의 계산된 온도의 함수로서, 사용된 용접 프로그램의 특성을 결정하는 처리장치(10), -용접할 상기 부품에 고정된 용접 프로그램에 의해 요구되는 전기에너지를 가하기 위해 전기 용접공급원(6)을 제어하는 장치(15,25)를 조합하여 이루어지는 것으로 정의되는 장치.
