Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複写紙上のトナー像を熱定着手段により熱定着する複写
    機の熱定着装置において、 前記熱定着手段の温度を検出する温度検出器と、前記温
    度検出器による検出温度に基づいて前記熱定着手段への
    付勢電力を制御する制御回路と、前記熱定着手段への付
    勢電力遮断後に所定時間を計測するカウンタとを有し、
    前記カウンタによる所定時間計測中に前記熱定着手段に
    電力付勢が開始されると、前記温度検出器により検出さ
    れる熱定着手段の温度を熱定着に適した温度になるよう
    制御し、前記カウンタが所定時間を計測終了した後に前
    記熱定着手段へ電力付勢が開始されると、前記温度検出
    器により検出される熱定着手段の温度が熱定着に適した
    温度を超える値となるよう制御することを特徴とする複
    写機の熱定着装置。
