Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ヒートローラ、該ヒートローラを加熱する加
熱手段、該ヒートローラに加圧接触する補助ロー
ラ、該ヒートローラの表面温度を検知する温度検
知手段より構成される熱定着装置において、 該温度検知手段に非接触センサを用い、非接触
センサを該ヒートローラの近傍に配し、該非接触
センサ部を囲むカバーを設け非接触センサの感熱
部に流れる熱流を規制したことを特徴とする熱定
着装置。 ２ 請求範囲第１項において、該ヒートローラの
回転方向に発生する熱流を、ヒートローラと該カ
バーのギヤツプを調整することで規制する構成と
したことを特徴とする熱定着装置。 ３ 請求範囲第１項において、カバーの材質を耐
熱性の断熱材としたことを特徴とする熱定着装置
。 ４ 請求範囲第１項において、カバーで該非接触
センサの感熱部及び該感熱部を支持する部材も含
め囲むことを特徴とする熱定着装置。 ５ 請求範囲第１項において、制御温度よりも低
い温度で、ヒートローラを強制回転させ、ヒート
アツプ時間を短くしたことを特徴とする熱定着装
置。
