Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヒータを用いた輻射熱定着装置において、ヒータの表面
    温度を検知する手段と、ヒータ近傍の雰囲気温度を検知
    する手段を設け、表面温度あるいは雰囲気温度の少なく
    とも一方の温度が一定時間内に、定着可能温度よりも低
    く設定された温度に達しない場合、異常と判断する事を
    特徴とする定着器。
