Claims (2)

  1. 슬라이드와 볼스타와의 사이에 위, 아래 방향으로 대향하여 배치되는 위쪽 다이 및 아래쪽 다이와, 상기 슬라이드 또는 이 슬라이드의 아래 끝단에 배치되는 위쪽 다이세트 플레이트에 배치되어 상기 위쪽 다이를 위쪽으로 향하여 힘을 가하는 위족 실린더 기구와, 상기 볼스타 또는 이 볼스타의 위 끝단에 배치되는 아래 다이세트 플레이트에 배치되어 상기 아래쪽 다이를 위쪽으로 향하여 힘을 가하는 아래쪽 실린더 기구와, 상기 위쪽 다이에 삽입되어 상기 슬라이드의 동작에 동기하여 이동하는 아래쪽 펀치와, 상기 아래쪽 다이에 삽입되어 상기 볼스타에 의하여 지지되는 아래쪽 펀치와, 상기 위쪽 다이 및 아래쪽 다이를 아래쪽 펀치에 향하여 상기 슬라이드의 이동속도 보다 느린 속도로써 이동시키어 양쪽 펀치를 각각 다이에 돌입 작동시키는 캠기구와를 형성한 폐색 단조장치에 있어서, 상기 캠기구(176)를 상기 슬라이드(143)의 이동에 동기하여 아래쪽으로 이동되는 푸쉬핀(185)의 아래 끝단에 의하여 작동하도록 구성함과 동시에, 상기 푸쉬핀(185)의 위 끝단을, 상기 슬라이드(143)의 이동에 동기하여 이동하는 실린더(187)의 피스턴(186a)에 직접 또는 간접적으로 닿게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐색 단조장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬라이드(143)의 이동에 동기하여 이동하는 실린더(187)는 여러개 배치되어 있고, 그의 위 끝단면의 위치를 위치 조정기구에 의하여 동시에 조정할 수 있게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐색단조장치.
