Claims (11)

  1. 단일 또는 다층 지지부재(2, 12) 및 지지부재(2, 12)의 1표면에 가해진 점착층(3, 13)으로 구성되는 다층 본체 부재에 있어서, 점착층(3, 13)이 열영향하에 수축하는 포일(4, 14, 24a―24c)에 의해 덮여 씌워지며, 상기 포일이 수축시 적어도 부분적으로 상기 점착층(3, 13)을 개방하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 본체 부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포일(4, 24a―24c)가 1부품으로 제조되며 다수의 슬릿 (5, 25a―25c)들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 본체 부재.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿(5)들이 서로에 대해 평행하게 신장하는 열내에 배치되며 인접하는 열들내에서 서로에 대해 오프셋인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 본체 부재.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿(25a)들이 십자형상이며 서로에 대해 평행하게 신장하는 열내에 배치되며 인접하는 열들내에서 서로에 대해 오프셋된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 본체 부재.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿(25b)들이 이중 T자 형상을 가지며 서로에 대해 평행하게 신장하는 열들내에 배치되며 인접하는 열들내에서 서로에 대해 오프셋된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 본체 부재.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿(25c)들이 나란히 열들내에 배치되며 종방향 및 횡방향으로 교대로 신장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 본체 부재.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포일(14)가 나란히 배치되고 서로에 대해 평행하게 신장하는 다수의 작은 웨브(14′)들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 본체 부재.
  8. 선행항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 지지부재(2, 12)가 섬유 보강 시이트이며 상기 점착층(3, 13)이 상기 섬유 보강 시이트에 가해진 열경화 점착성 수지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 본체 부재.
  9. 시이트 금속용 강화재료로서의 선행항 중 어느 하나에 따른 다층 본체 부재의 용도.
  10. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 따른 다층 본체 부재가 제1단계에서 그 1표면이 열처리되고 제2단계에서 공지된 방식으로 보강된 시이트 금속 부품상에 배치되며 제2의 열처리가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 본체 부재.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 다층 본체의 상기 제1열처리가 상기 포일을 수축시키기에 충분히 높지만 상기 점착층을 경화시키기에 필요한 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 본체 부재.
